DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY! This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I sent an email money transfer to purchase a pair of shoes, when a friend of mine told me he bought them for me for Xmas. I called them immediately to cancel they said yes, and told me they would send me a check in the mail because they cannot reimburse me in the same manner I paid. I've waited for this check since October 8 or 9th when I cancelled, when they kept telling me they have mailed it to me twice now. Still I have received nothing! Most recently this past week they tried to send me a screen shot that I cashed it 4 days after I tried buying the shoes. I went and took screen shots of all my banking information for the date they said I cashed it to prove I cashed nothing and they are still unresponsive. I went through all of October to see if it went in on a later date and it hadn't. I would remember receiving this money! I would need to enter in a password, go into my online banking etc... essentially they are calling me a liar even with proof from all my banking pictures I sent them...Most recently I read they have done this before with other customers also! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ROB YOU! I call them and email them every day also and they ignore me... good business ethic!
I recently purchased a pair of vans old skool from their website. All went as usual, you get the order confirmation as soon as the order was placed. I emailed them regarding my tracking number because I did not set up an online account. I was told that my order has been sent from the warehouse, only to receive another email shortly saying that because of an inventory error they actually do not have the item that i have ordered, that it was out of stock at the moment and if I would like something else within the same price range.
I replied initially that I don't really want something else, and i rather cancel my order and have a refund. Little do I know this is where hell starts.
From this point on, i would get really slow replies ..I finally got a reply a day later saying exactly what they said in the first email...." we don't have your item, can we send you something else instead?"...at this point I feel like it will take forever to get a refund from these guys, so I replied asking for other colours that are instock...again...didn't get no reply ...so I decided to call.....the girl i talked to didn't even seemed like she read my emails...I told her that if they have the shoe in red i will take it......she said..sure i can check for you...and hung up....WTF.....how hard is it to check the inventory on your computer and let me know my options???
Frustrated, I emailed them again telling them of my frustration and please just let me know what are my options...........guess what the reply was in the next email....one full day later (again)
sorry, we do not have those shoes in red for you.
as of right now, I still dont' know if I will ever get my shoes sent....
So guys...if you guys want to buy from Zelen shoes online....you better pray that they dont' $#*! up the inventory...because their customer service...at least through emails and phone are just about the worst i have ever experienced.
just go to their store if you want something.

I bought a Herschel fanny pack from their site, and after purchasing I realized I was missing a number in the shipping adress. I emailed them to let them know, and never got a response. I still had the page open from when I made my purchase, so I tried to click the back button on my phone and was taken back to the shipping adress information. I was afraid of changing it, thinking it might cause a duplicate order, but I checked my bank account and the money I spent on my purchase was mysteriously gone. So I changed the adress, and it created a new order. I checked my bank account, and I was charged twice with both orders. I sent several emails, and didn't get a response. I finally called and explained the situation, where they verified the correct adress, canceld one order, and said my money would be credited back to me within 3-5 business days. a few days later my money is credited back to me, but I wasn't even credited back the right amount. I was even charged 2 different amounts when I was charged twice. I then checked on my other order, and it said my payment was incomplete. I called, and they canceled the wrong order! even after they verified with me the correct adress, and I made it very clear which order needed to be canceled. I ended up canceling that order as well, I needed it for an upcoming event and thanks to their amazing customer service, I wouldnt have received it in time.
I am very fond of wearing sneakers. And, most of them I purchase from Zelen shoes because I get the best of the designs at the best of the deals.
