So, they are pretending they are UK based company, send their goods from Southall UB2 5LF, but finally if you escalate the case through paypal (you can't do independently as they won't respond), they want the items to be return to Chine to address I can't even find on a google map...
They are really conning people for money, all the positive reviews are not genuine.it is obvious they are posting them themselves. Also they are trading under Suzhou Amaya Information Technology Co., Ltd. which also does not exist...very strange, I wonder how they can be stopped.

I ordered 2 dresses, 1 was to arrive for a party, just after Christmas, so I thought 10 working days for delivery would still be in plenty time. When day 9 arrived, and still no shipping information I contacted the company to find, they were intending to ship after 15 working days, which means there was no way it was going to arrive in time, especially as it seems it was coming from overseas. I asked to cancel the order and request a refund. They refused as they said it was 120 hours (5 days) since I had place the order! Had they not stated in the email they sent after I ordered that delivery would be within 10 working days, I would have contacted them straight away and requested a full refund.
Tip for consumers:
I thought they were a UK company shipping from the UK. THEY ARE NOT.
