Ordered on 8/26. I've called THREE times and left THREE MESSAGES. I've emailed THREE times and got three auto responses saying they will respond quickly. I've tried online chatting with the promise that a representative will available shortly TWICE. No one to speak to. I put my order number in and it says no order was placed. I HAD TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. BE CAREFUL!
I always like receiving my YB boxes. They're packaged nicely and they always give you a loacker wafer. Plus, I love the freebie coupons every week. Please don't stop.

I was delighted to find this source of foods that are hard to find- especially in middle America. It was easy to order, delivery was quick, items were well-packed and all arrived perfectly!
Bought some fruitcake last week and it was so good I just ordered 4 more to freeze for next year. Most fruitcake now has all fruit and no cake. BROSSARD is the brand, excellent.

Shopping experience was great.
Packaging was bad, it needed some cold pouches.
Chocolate was melted and pieces were sticking together. After all it is summer and temperatures are high.
Unfortunately the noodles were much smaller than I'm use to. And 3 out of the 10 bags I ordered were broke open. I'm sure from the pressure in packaging.
I decided to mix things up. I made purchases from products inherent to various countries. Needless to say, my taste buds are going to do some overdue traveling! Lol
