The prices listed on the site are not accurate. Once your CC transaction is processed you will get an email that the price has gone up, that there is a $100 shipping fee and once all is done, an extra credit card fee is charged as well.

SCAM

I ordered some electrical components from yoycart, and they arrived a little less than a month later. Given that they shipped from China all the way to Canada, that was very quick in my opinion. I, like many other people, was skeptical initially with their legitimacy, so I only spent a small amount of money to be safe. The website had tracking status until the parts reached the warehouse, then they provided with a tracking number to track on https://www.17track.net/en. The updates were regular and descriptive so no issues there. I cannot guarantee that these guys will always deliver, but as long as you follow their instructions with weight gauging, you should be fine. At least from my experience. So that's why I give them 5 stars.

I bought 2 ag tyres to test as I saw a market in Australia for them.
Wow am I glad I only bought 2.
A costly experience but better than had I bought a load.
The tyres split on every chevron on the second outing. One so badly it exploded.
I photographed the shredded remains and email yoycart... Their response "so sorry my dear
This product is depend on supplier".
How patronising is that.?
They didn't even offer to forward the issue to a supplier.
My recommendation DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE. Product rubbish, service even worse.

My sons Dell AIO 2350 had a very noisy fan. Could not find the spare part anywhere searching globally. This site had a few options, albeit the site was only available in French or Chinese at the time. Threw the dice on a $12 piece with right part number, and boom, perfect. But of a punt but I had no other choices (except for $60 from Canada option I went for first who cancelled my order anyway).
So YoYcart saved my sons computer where no one else could help.
Site was fairly non-uaer-friendly at the time (2 years ago now) but I couldn't have been happier with the result. Good stuff, and a pinch of luck perhaps. Thanks YoYcart

The first time you placed the order you will be tested by budget like most people complain about shipping charges. Product that are display on their website by different suppliers once finalized you will be contacted by the site administrator Jessica. So place one order and overcharged shipping you are safe. Place several orders the rules changes and you will see the irritation the unprofessionalism and if you are lucky you may get refunded. Buy at your own risk.

I purchased parts from several companies, but somewhere in shipping process they never arrived into my country, Yoycart fully refunded me,,, i was very impressed an repurchased the same products thinking well it wasnt Yoycart fault it was shipping company fault, this time used a different shipping company an everything arrived in perfect order...
So in the end i was very happy yoycart sold me hard to find parts at the right price

I ordered a book that was shipped via DHL from Abu Dhabi. I paid 4x the cost of the book in shipping. The recipient never received it. I contact DHL who told me to contact Yoycart and file a lost claim. I explained the situation to Yoycart but they kept telling me to contact DHL. It was like they weren't reading or understanding my emails at all. Also the tone of the emails is robotic and badthey never apologized for any inconvenience, sometimes even sending an email with a screenshot and no message. After several emails they said they would contact DHL. A month has passed and I've given up. I'm never ordering from them again. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I'm not sure exactly what the other reviewers are talking about but I've had several positive experiences. Only use this site if you're willing to wait a long time for the items. This is not ebay and even slower than aliexpress but the prices are decent and there are a few manufacturers that are not features on any other direct from china type site.

My first package arrived damaged and after messaging them and sending picture I received a full refund and did not have to send the product back.

The second purchase the post office lost it in Canada (where I live) and after I messaged Yoycart they helped me by telling me how to contact Canada post and deal with them. The package was found and everything was in good shape, all pieces were in better condition than anticipated.

I plan to buy with them again soon.

The Search Box is virtually useless. Most times it yields no result, other times it spits out pages of pages of irrelevant items which you'll have to spend a day to scroll through. Prices of most products are generally reasonable but the shipping fees are outrageous. I ordered something that costs $12, the shipping was $16 (the cheapest option). It took two months for my order to get to Canada. If I want courier service I'll have to pay $30. Goodness, my order costs only $12, who with a sane mind would pay $30 for a household item! I supposed the seller won't take chances with regular mail as my order was wrapped in three layers of foam and bubble sheets, and was placed in a box bigger than it is necessary. It was sent by signature-required registered mail. So I guess the $16 is worth the guarantee receipt of goods. If they don't offer cheaper mailing options, I doubt if I would buy from this site again though.
