I ordered a dress advertised as being reduced from 39.99 to 12.00. When it arrived it was of inferior quality and was creased even after I ironed it.
Then, after I returned it they only reimbursed me with 10.00 instead of 14.99.
I attempted to email them but it came back "undeliverable"

They took payment and did not send the package. Adyen says - contact seller, they say - no order. Money's gone, only stupid chatbot is provided as contact. I was a regular, after losing 2000$ not anymore - not ever!
Not happy at all with my purchases. Firstly I found the trousers were covered in holes nearly on every seam. Contacted customer service where I waited days for a response - they did agree to exchange but the new pair arrived with holes all over them aswel! I ordered another different pair which came about 2-3 sizes smaller although labelled the same size, sent them back and got charged for return fee plus postage! So lost out on £5 for their poor sizing. Contacted customer service but it's like speaking to robots you don't get anywhere with them, I've not even bothered sending the faulty ones back it's not worth attempting to converse with them, waste of time wouldn't waste your money it's all just cheap rubbish and very poor quality.
Will NEVER buy from them again. Too costly to return a coat to UK from US. So I donated it to a charity. 2nd coat ordered was lost by their shipping partner (DHL!) I'm now out of the cost for TWO coats!

I was sent dirty, covered in mud boots that had been worn by somebody else and just repeatedly got sent copy and pasted responses that didn't offer a suitable resolution to the issue. Best you can do is not being charged £2 for the return or 25% off some dirty boots worn my someone else.
If you're going to have a customer service team, don't just make them copy and paste the same generic email that had no specific relevance to the issue. There was nothing genuine about any response or apology I've received, this was the first time ordering from you and I'm hugely disappointed, more so in your terrible reply's than the actual issue!
PURCHASE WITH CAUTION! I purchased this coat recently and less than a month later the pockets had broken. Customer service sent me around in circles and told me they wouldn't send a replacement until my coat had been returned, meaning I'd be without a coat in the middle of winter! I asked for a refund as I had provided proof the product was faulty which was also declined. Shoddy product and shocking customer service!
My experience is that the clothing I find is ok/good, along with delivery some of the time. If you do well, if you don't do well they will ignore next day delivery and deliver up to 5 days later, when you're not in, claiming it wasn't their fault (and trying to get paid for a service they're not providing - the next day delivery guarantee is false) - they should be aware that they are responsible for delivery whether they do it themselves or use a courier company. Customer service personnel attempted to gaslight me on a certain review site claiming first that my review was potentially false, even though I'd provided the order number, then later they claimed I'd not responded to emails they'd sent me (No such emails existed, at least received), I had been truthful about my experience. My belief is that they aren't interested in retaining customers - and that you aren't worth anything to them. Because of delivery being late by 4 days, they offered me the difference between standard delivery and next day delivery and behaved like they were doing me a favour, and that it felt like they thought it was an offer of goodwill. I believe it was their legal obligation for failure to provide a service. And then the customer service rep expects me to give them a good rating!
Essentially, to me, it's potentially a good company let down by atrocious customer service. It's this sort of experience that drives people away to never come back.
Total scam! I would say great stuff until you need to return anything, but the fact that I returned 6/7 products I ordered probably says it all.
So I returned all but one product - value €22.50. Based on this, I should have received a refund of €159,30 but instead I only received €129,60. The difference is €29,70. I contacted customer service and kept getting vague or simply wrong answers, from saying it is the refund fee (which apparently changed from £1.99 to €29.70 over night and is now being applied even though I returned in store which is free according to their FAQs) to switching it to a restocking fee to suddenly saying it is an additional shipping fee (again, I returned in store and had already paid the initial shipping fee). At no point did they react to my request for a clear overview of the fees.
Every one of their responses to the complaints (and there are MANY with the exact same experience) on here says that they would like to resolve this through their customer service. The same customer service that has now ignored me for a week. Yeah, that is going to work out for sure.
NEVER order from this place and good luck to those who already have...

I orderd 11 items, alot I know but as I've found sizing can be off. I ordered 2 sizes of each t-shirts for work
T-shirt that cost £15,Has now cost me £26, with p&p and the restocking fee! This dosnt appear anywhere on front page or ordering page, its not till you make a return you notice this!

I never write a review but I had to for these linen shirts. They were very poor quality and each were a different cut even though they were the same size. They do not let you return saying I should have checked the size chart first, which I did. Basically the keep my $100 and blamed me for the poor quality and fit. DO not buy from them!

Bought some £60 boots at the end of Feb - I wore them a handful of times, it's now mid May, and the soles have ripped off the front of both boots.
Upon asking the chat on the website what to do and explaining the situation, they proceeded to (after no apology whatsoever and not really reading what had happened properly) keep telling me to return them, with no kind of confirmation in writing of getting a replacement of the same size. I find the customer service really quite unhelpful and rude, and the shoes really really terribly made. I'd expect even a super cheap pair of shoes to last more than 2 and a half months.
I always bought from yours clothing and the clothes were always perfect. But in more recent times the sizes are ridiculous, I picked up several items of the same size, some perfect, some too big (way too big) and some way to small.
I recently went to my closest store which is over 70 miles away and purchased alot of clothes costing me over £300. There was a top on particular which cost me £40and I purchased it in a blue and another in green. I wore the blue one twice and washed it using the guild lines on the label so you can imagine how surprised I was to discover the blue dye had run into the white righting on the top (ruining it, no way it can be worn again) so I contacted customer service and explained everything and sent them photos of the dye. They replied telling me I needed to return it to store. I explained that the store is over 70 miles away so its not that easy but they didn't answer my message. I've worn the green one a handful of times and it's gone all baubly and worn looking. Also the way the sleeves have been sown is terrible the 2 sides don't meet and the finish is poor.
I won't ever be purchasing from yours clothing again.

I received my order that was two sizes larger than I ordered. The quality of the material and workmanship was terrible. So I contacted them (in UK) since there was no return label. They answered back they needed a picture taken of item. I told them I do not have a Smart Phone so I can't do that. Isn't the order # enough proof I ordered it from you? The replied we can't accept it without the picture first.

In store assistant not helpful. Asked if an item I had returned was a available in smaller size in store, she didn't think she had seen it,she could have offered me to try something similar to gauge size, as i was telling her the problem I have with their sizing.Well that's what I thought assistants should do help!
The sizing issue is I like a 22 on my top so it's my desired fit, a 20 I don't think would as there is no 20/22, so I got the 22/24 it was like a dress. Plus size ladies are not necessarily 6ft tall. Something is off with the sizing. That was what I was trying to explain to the assistant. The shop was not busy there was more staff than customers was it too much to show some enthusiasm and help a customer, she wasn't young and inexperienced she was of an age to know how to help but simply couldn't be bothered.
My daughter has very wide feet and it is very hard to find cute shoes for her. I founds the Yours CLothing site by searching for wide shoes. Placed one order over a year ago and received accurate products and was very satisfied. Placed another order recently and received the wrong size in both pairs of shoes ordered. The website's information about receiving incorrect items and refunds and exchanges was useless and my inquiry was never responded to. There was no packing slip in the package. I checked sitejabber and immediately saw that this is not an uncommon situation and gave up and donated the wrong-size shoes to someone else. I am sad because my daughter really likes their styles, but I am a big believer in the "Fool me twice, shame on me" philosophy, so I will not be ordering from them again. It is obviously a crap-shoot when ordering from them whether you will get what you ordered or not.
I ordered 2 items over 2 weeks ago, paid for them through the online payment and received no order confirmation. I've been trying to get info on what hapoenes for over 2 weeks and although once they responded with a very vague info, I've nor received any info. Finally, after 2 weeks, hundreds of follow ups they responded confirming shipment within 7-10 working days! This was definitely to late for my Xmas party outfit that I ordered. They offered nothing intstead! No express shipment, no extra compensation for soooo poor customer experience and all stress and effort this has cost me. Not mentioning that I've been left with nothing for the party. I do not recommend this shop. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

The clothes are okay quality and stylish, but they literally have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and I buy from the UK all the time. PayPal will not protect you, they'll side with the seller 99.9% of the time. You can get ripped off very easily if you buy.
I tried to order, but the site kept crashing at checkout, so I decided to just give up. I NEVER received an order confirmation and the next thing I know is that they shipped & charged me for the exact same order twice and then have refused to provide me with a return label so I can get a refund. I have been trying for almost 4 month's and all I get is some BS replies that draw the process out even further.
Had they simply had decent customer service, I would have returned the duplicate shipment and exchanged the original, but not now.

I purchased a top from them and wanted another in a different color. They sent a larger size than what I ordered and when I emailed them to let them know I was sent a standard response that they do not exchange internationally (I'm is USA). They instructed me to return the item for credit and reorder which I unfortunately did and paid shipping a second time. They then sent the exact wrong larger size for the second time. When I emailed again, they gave the same automated email about being sorry that I was unhappy with my item and invited me to return it and reorder again. Why would I want to do that a 3rd time? I tried to convey that I just want the correct item that was ordered, not an exchange. There is no number to call, just email and you will only get automated responses. I was refunded for the first shirt returned so far. I will return the second shirt and will not order from this company again.
