PURCHASE WITH CAUTION! I purchased this coat recently and less than a month later the pockets had broken. Customer service sent me around in circles and told me they wouldn't send a replacement until my coat had been returned, meaning I'd be without a coat in the middle of winter! I asked for a refund as I had provided proof the product was faulty which was also declined. Shoddy product and shocking customer service!

Customer service sent me around in circles and told me they wouldn't send a replacement until my coat had been returned, meaning I'd be without a coat in the middle of winter! Ordered a few tops all the same size, they are all different cuts ( do not fit correctly) and some are poor quality.
Very disappointed

Not happy at all with my purchases. Firstly I found the trousers were covered in holes nearly on every seam. Contacted customer service where I waited days for a response - they did agree to exchange but the new pair arrived with holes all over them aswel! I ordered another different pair which came about 2-3 sizes smaller although labelled the same size, sent them back and got charged for return fee plus postage! So lost out on £5 for their poor sizing. Contacted customer service but it's like speaking to robots you don't get anywhere with them, I've not even bothered sending the faulty ones back it's not worth attempting to converse with them, waste of time wouldn't waste your money it's all just cheap rubbish and very poor quality.

Bought some £60 boots at the end of Feb - I wore them a handful of times, it's now mid May, and the soles have ripped off the front of both boots.
Upon asking the chat on the website what to do and explaining the situation, they proceeded to (after no apology whatsoever and not really reading what had happened properly) keep telling me to return them, with no kind of confirmation in writing of getting a replacement of the same size. I find the customer service really quite unhelpful and rude, and the shoes really really terribly made. I'd expect even a super cheap pair of shoes to last more than 2 and a half months.

I received my order that was two sizes larger than I ordered. The quality of the material and workmanship was terrible. So I contacted them (in UK) since there was no return label. They answered back they needed a picture taken of item. I told them I do not have a Smart Phone so I can't do that. Isn't the order # enough proof I ordered it from you? The replied we can't accept it without the picture first.

Never will I order from them again!

Company needs a huge lesson in customer service. Worst I've experienced in a long time! Be wary of the cleanliness of the items you receive…

I was sent dirty, covered in mud boots that had been worn by somebody else and just repeatedly got sent copy and pasted responses that didn't offer a suitable resolution to the issue. Best you can do is not being charged £2 for the return or 25% off some dirty boots worn my someone else.

If you're going to have a customer service team, don't just make them copy and paste the same generic email that had no specific relevance to the issue. There was nothing genuine about any response or apology I've received, this was the first time ordering from you and I'm hugely disappointed, more so in your terrible reply's than the actual issue!

DO NOT BUY! Run as fast as you can from this store, especially if you are in the US.

The clothes are okay quality and stylish, but they literally have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and I buy from the UK all the time. PayPal will not protect you, they'll side with the seller 99.9% of the time. You can get ripped off very easily if you buy.

I tried to order, but the site kept crashing at checkout, so I decided to just give up. I NEVER received an order confirmation and the next thing I know is that they shipped & charged me for the exact same order twice and then have refused to provide me with a return label so I can get a refund. I have been trying for almost 4 month's and all I get is some BS replies that draw the process out even further.

Had they simply had decent customer service, I would have returned the duplicate shipment and exchanged the original, but not now.

BUYER BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
Run as fast as you can. They border on fraud when it comes to customer service. You will NOT get your money back & if you are in US you must use PayPal & they side with sellers 99.9% of the time. Yours Clothing has taught me how little protection I really have when using my PayPal account.

I placed an order over 30 days I called the courier, DHL, and they said they never received my package - only an electronic notice so after 10 days they deleted the information from their system. I've sent numerous requests and I'm only getting an automated email response. I do not recommend purchasing from this site due to not receiving my purchase, the inability to talk with anyone or get an email response that is not automated.

Never ever again would I order from this company or recommend it to anyone.
They now have a restocking policy! £1.99 up to 6 items then £1 for ever other after that

I orderd 11 items, alot I know but as I've found sizing can be off. I ordered 2 sizes of each t-shirts for work
T-shirt that cost £15,Has now cost me £26, with p&p and the restocking fee! This dosnt appear anywhere on front page or ordering page, its not till you make a return you notice this!
Customer no service, no help, not even a good will gesture.

I never write a review but I had to for these linen shirts. They were very poor quality and each were a different cut even though they were the same size. They do not let you return saying I should have checked the size chart first, which I did. Basically the keep my $100 and blamed me for the poor quality and fit. DO not buy from them!

THEY do not return and were very difficult blaming me for the lack of fit and quality.

I was very disappointed with my…
I was very disappointed with my service. I order 9 items and only received 7. When I contacted the customer service team they told me that everything on their end was normal and nothing was missing so they closed the investigation and I didn't get a refund or the missing items sent out again. So I was basically called a liar and have now lost out on my items and £50. No one even called me or apologised or anything. I have been a loyal customer for years and now I won't go back if this is how they treat people.

Be careful how much you order and if you are missing anything they will call you a liar

Total scam! I would say great stuff until you need to return anything, but the fact that I returned 6/7 products I ordered probably says it all.
So I returned all but one product - value €22.50. Based on this, I should have received a refund of €159,30 but instead I only received €129,60. The difference is €29,70. I contacted customer service and kept getting vague or simply wrong answers, from saying it is the refund fee (which apparently changed from £1.99 to €29.70 over night and is now being applied even though I returned in store which is free according to their FAQs) to switching it to a restocking fee to suddenly saying it is an additional shipping fee (again, I returned in store and had already paid the initial shipping fee). At no point did they react to my request for a clear overview of the fees.

Every one of their responses to the complaints (and there are MANY with the exact same experience) on here says that they would like to resolve this through their customer service. The same customer service that has now ignored me for a week. Yeah, that is going to work out for sure.

NEVER order from this place and good luck to those who already have...

My experience is that the clothing I find is ok/good, along with delivery some of the time. If you do well, if you don't do well they will ignore next day delivery and deliver up to 5 days later, when you're not in, claiming it wasn't their fault (and trying to get paid for a service they're not providing - the next day delivery guarantee is false) - they should be aware that they are responsible for delivery whether they do it themselves or use a courier company. Customer service personnel attempted to gaslight me on a certain review site claiming first that my review was potentially false, even though I'd provided the order number, then later they claimed I'd not responded to emails they'd sent me (No such emails existed, at least received), I had been truthful about my experience. My belief is that they aren't interested in retaining customers - and that you aren't worth anything to them. Because of delivery being late by 4 days, they offered me the difference between standard delivery and next day delivery and behaved like they were doing me a favour, and that it felt like they thought it was an offer of goodwill. I believe it was their legal obligation for failure to provide a service. And then the customer service rep expects me to give them a good rating!

Essentially, to me, it's potentially a good company let down by atrocious customer service. It's this sort of experience that drives people away to never come back.

Tip for consumers:
The actual package tends to be well packed (can't fault the picking department) - the sort of package that would be possibly leakproof and ok in the open. The choice is good, the sizes are good. Basically the store is good just let down by absolutely appalling customer service.

Well have just gone through 8 weeks to-ing and fro-ing with YOURS clothing and lodged with resolver. Their returns department is a shambles has stolen 2 hoodies from me.
I know for sure they were sent. Be very careful future shoppers with this company as if given the option will treat you very shoddy.

photo copy your returns note photo the parcel size.

Didn't get the item. When I emailed them it was replied to in Chinese! Tracking option didn't work. Plan to contact my. Bank now. See if they can get me a refund.

Checked to see if returns were free prior to ordering but when options came up I either had to drive 50 miles or pay £10+

Returned item. They claim they haven't received it, send them all the proof of return they ask for and no refund. They have no respect or empathy for the customer. Conned out of my money. Terrible service and poor quality clothing. Do NOT shop here

I've had a few problems with yours.
On 19th June I ordered a swimming costume and a pair of leggings to be delivered GUARANTEED next day delivery ready for my holiday.
They didn't arrive the next day, very disappointing. When I contacted them they refunded the £3 difference between next day delivery and standard delivery and that was it.
Now a month and a half later, after only a couple of wears, the swimming costume material is ripping slightly at the top and the leggings have got a hole in them (not even on the seam). At £34 for the costume and £16 for the pair of leggings I would expect better quality clothing when they're not cheap and, like I said, have only been worn and washed a couple of times. Not impressed. My advice would be to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Will NEVER buy from them again. Too costly to return a coat to UK from US. So I donated it to a charity. 2nd coat ordered was lost by their shipping partner (DHL!) I'm now out of the cost for TWO coats!

Thieves!
They took payment and did not send the package. Adyen says - contact seller, they say - no order. Money's gone, only stupid chatbot is provided as contact. I was a regular, after losing 2000$ not anymore - not ever!

Tip for consumers:
Once you pay and there is an issue you are no good to get in touch with
.com would bot up on chat to promise contact with person just to send e-mail to go to .co.uk site to contact the bot. In there after multiple contact - Jessica says: wait for dispatch e-mail and Cloe that there is no order (surprise). After 3 weeks after paying for express, nothing was sent.

Customer service to make you curse and cry!!!!!!!! Not recommending!

I ordered a dress advertised as being reduced from 39.99 to 12.00. When it arrived it was of inferior quality and was creased even after I ironed it.
Then, after I returned it they only reimbursed me with 10.00 instead of 14.99.
I attempted to email them but it came back "undeliverable"

Be very sure the item will be if acceptable quality,e.g. from a trusted manufacturer

Although a relatively small order this time (£90) have bout hundreds of pounds worth of items previously. But recent order was incomplete an £18 was not sent.
They argued with me over the course of about 10 emails that I had received the item, when infact it was not sent. Im sure they would argue that Black was White given a chance.

Disgracefull customer service virtually accusing you of stealing when infact they keep your money and do not send the items.
We even weighed the bag to prove it was not the weight they sent as they claim to weigh each gag on depatch - NONSENSE.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM YOURS CLOTHING

Woman was not that helpful
I have medical issues so trying on stuff was difficult
Top bit snug across bust so sized up 18
Another top bought same size 18
Next top sized up to 20 but only went 22/24 ok says i
Trousers erm lady held up black trousers i felt fabric and said yes they are fine 18
Next she showed me leggings which i dont normally wear size 18
Was leaving shop and remembered i wanted a jacket woman said as your blouse is 22/24 that size be ok
I said ok i try it on quickly (my shoulder is bad) it was like a tent
Glad i tried it on was in the evans range so 20 was good roomy fit
At no other point was i shown any trousers ect from evans range
Got home first blouse was ok fit
Trousers were huge even length
22/24 blouse like a large dress
Legging far too tight round legs
2 long sleeve t-shirts not too bad
The sizes go up around body not sleeve (so blouse that was snug around bust was ok but same round arms)
Today im off to marks to buy some tops and trousers
YOURS stuff heading to charity shop except one blouse and 2 t-shirts
Spent £119 the stuff is cheap and nasty hence the prices. I would rather pay wee bit more for stuff that will las
