I've several tops, trousers and hoodies from Yours Clothing. They fit great and the material feels nice, but after only a few washes the trousers are out of shape and the tops and hoodies are looking worn and bobbly. None of my other clothes have this problem, so it's not my washing machine, definitely the quality of the clothes that are at fault. A shame because I really like the clothes and the service I've received.
Ordered a few tops all the same size, they are all different cuts ( do not fit correctly) and some are poor quality.

All you get is automated messages no help whatsoever its cost me 4.20 to return signed for, just to make sure l get my refund NEVER AGAIN would l use this dreadful company.
I've had a few problems with yours.
On 19th June I ordered a swimming costume and a pair of leggings to be delivered GUARANTEED next day delivery ready for my holiday.
They didn't arrive the next day, very disappointing. When I contacted them they refunded the £3 difference between next day delivery and standard delivery and that was it.
Now a month and a half later, after only a couple of wears, the swimming costume material is ripping slightly at the top and the leggings have got a hole in them (not even on the seam). At £34 for the costume and £16 for the pair of leggings I would expect better quality clothing when they're not cheap and, like I said, have only been worn and washed a couple of times. Not impressed. My advice would be to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
This company ships quickly even though they are coming from the UK. The materials can be thin, but I don't expect a lot at the price points. Cute finds that don't look to young.

I was very disappointed with my service. I order 9 items and only received 7. When I contacted the customer service team they told me that everything on their end was normal and nothing was missing so they closed the investigation and I didn't get a refund or the missing items sent out again. So I was basically called a liar and have now lost out on my items and £50. No one even called me or apologised or anything. I have been a loyal customer for years and now I won't go back if this is how they treat people.
Although a relatively small order this time (£90) have bout hundreds of pounds worth of items previously. But recent order was incomplete an £18 was not sent.
They argued with me over the course of about 10 emails that I had received the item, when infact it was not sent. Im sure they would argue that Black was White given a chance.
Disgracefull customer service virtually accusing you of stealing when infact they keep your money and do not send the items.
We even weighed the bag to prove it was not the weight they sent as they claim to weigh each gag on depatch - NONSENSE.

Well have just gone through 8 weeks to-ing and fro-ing with YOURS clothing and lodged with resolver. Their returns department is a shambles has stolen 2 hoodies from me.
I know for sure they were sent. Be very careful future shoppers with this company as if given the option will treat you very shoddy.
Returned item. They claim they haven't received it, send them all the proof of return they ask for and no refund. They have no respect or empathy for the customer. Conned out of my money. Terrible service and poor quality clothing. Do NOT shop here
I have been trying to contact you them by email and contact form and because it took so long to get someone to talk to me the country is now in national lockdown., and our whole family are now shielding so no one can leave the house and the choice that they gave me was to contact Hermes and pay extra money for Hermes to come to the house and collect the parcel and then deliver to yours clothing if they had contacted me earlier I could of sent it back to them it has been over a week now
Didn't get the item. When I emailed them it was replied to in Chinese! Tracking option didn't work. Plan to contact my. Bank now. See if they can get me a refund.
Received the items. A lot of the items were to big so sent some back. Kept a couple of things. Nighties neck line has stretch within a matter of 1 - 2 weeks and is gaping so much it's unwearable. I returned the items with the return label they gave me. It says it has been delivered as per Australia post. Yours clothing is saying it hasn't. I got an email saying they will lodge a request with the courier. Now I get an email saying I will have to lodge a complaint with the courier. The courier number they gave me was for the delivery not the return. Not getting help from anyone and still without my refund. Will not purchase with this company again.
So this is the end of the Yours saga. 23 October. Place order for clothes online. Receive dispatch notice. 27 October. Get told items NOT shipped. Company wants an extra $90.27 Oct to 2 Nov. Discussion with company about postage costs. 3 November. Request details to pay extra for postage. 5 November. Have heard no response. Request details to pay extra for postage again. 6 November, 3am. Receive payment details. 7 November, 12pm. Make payment for shipping. 7 November, 11pm. Yours Clothing CANCELS my order. 8 Nov. Receive confirmation order shipped. 17 Nov. Recieve email saying all items out of stock. Contact yours requesting clarification. 18 Nov. More apologies. Item hasnt been shipped as informed. Item shipped yesterday. 20 Nov. Receive parcel. Open to check items all there. 3 items not shipped. Note inside informing a refund has been processed. No refund had been processed. Assume this was the order shipped 8 Nov. Choose to wait for parcel shipped 16 Nov to get all of my items, then initiate return of excess items. 5 Dec. Query where my shipment or refund went. Provide evidence supplied with shipment that it was short these items. 6 Dec. Missing items refunded. Up to 7 working days for refund to be received. 17 Dec. Query when refund was processed. Advised was not due for a refund as 'all items were shipped.'18 Dec. Refund processed. 19 Dec. It's over. Refund received. FIFTY SEVEN DAYS.
I will be reporting them. These are scams, fraud. They've taken my money. Enough with these scammers. They have no right to do this to people. They are being reported
Sounds like, so far, RoseGal, Rose wholesale, and now Yours Clothing are all the same company. Why different names? I assume tax fraud of some sort since the only actual office ever found was in China. So good luck ever making contact! Big red flags ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK FROM ANY OF THESE!
I ordered an item last nov 24'17 it states that delivery would take up to 10 working days but up to now I haven't received the item. No a happy customer.
I had a good experience with my order from Yours Clothing. Everything fit me well and I just waitied a week for my delivery. I like their prices. However, their products do sell fast. So, when you see it; you better get it!
Warning I have bought a few things from this company however I just bought something that was misleading in the picture. They will not REFUND you. I decided to ship it back with tags on I did not even try it on. It would cost me $22.50 to ship a $30.00 shirt back.
They are RIP offs. The shirt was not what it showed on the website the fabrics was wrong and it revealed the whole chest area online it did not show that.

Finally I received it and yes the company send it through the Post office Priority Mail? So, I don't understand why they could not give me a tracking #, Crazy. Now to the clothing, out of six items I received five (one shirt out of stock). Out of the five items three fit and two did not (pants too tight and shirt too big). I ordered my exact measurements. Well, they will be getting those items back. As for the quality of the clothing, not bad (I haven't washed it yet). Overall Yours have to do a better job with there delivery system, before I could recommend anyone to shop there.
I spend a hour on their website looking for clothes in the time it took to find everything 2 item went out of stock, while in checkout to pay for the good 2 more items went out of stock then to add insult to injury after paying for my remaining items i received and email saying sorry the following items are out of stock, leaving my total order of clothes at 0
Spoke to cs all they said was we don't reserve stock when you put it in your basket so if some one else pays for it before you they get the item
