Got a quote on my car and home insurance, following their incessant advertising about how brilliant they are and what people save. Well I can tell you the car insurance quote was more than double what I am currently paying with less cover, less benefits and a higher excess, while the house insurance was nearly double the price, again with a higher excess and an inferior policy wording and much less cover. I supplied same feedback and I was constantly badgered and followed up about taking out cover, had to tell them in the end to politely" bugger off', was starting to feel harassed!
