If I could leave a -10 star review I would. I placed on online order for 2 custom pajama pants on 12/3. Here it is, more than 2 weeks later and I have received no shipping confirmation or updates on this order. These are to be Christmas gifts and clearly they are not going to make it. I reached out via email and chat and received no response on either forum. This order cost me almost $60, and now, instead of stuffing these into stockings, I will be disputing this transaction with my bank in order to get my money back. I should have checked the BBB reviews before placing this order. My experience is clearly not a unique one.

Do not trust this company. I tried to order a blanket for my son, but they kept sending me notices that in order for it to go into production I would have to give them more money. I told them to cancel my order, but they refused to give me a full refund due to the "production" costs they already incured. Keep in mind, I was already told they would not print my blanket without more money, so no production incurred. 1 star is a few too many, but I can't go lower. Don't order from them, use Shutterfly instead.

Horrible! Sent a picture of my black dog to go on beige socks. They put him on black socks and obviously you could not see him. Would not rectify the situation. Stole my money.

Literally never have received item and when I email they send me the same crappy message wait a few more days. Ive already been waiting almost 45 days for the underwear. This is insane to have to wait this long on anything and they won't give me a phone number or refund. Most awful customer service I've ever had.

I ordered a Christmas gift and paid for expedited shipping with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It will not get her in time! I asked for a refund and have not gotten a response, other than it is coming! They are very difficult to get a hold of, they do not answer the customer service number. I would never order from this company!

Very high quality! It came out perfectly. They did a good job cropping the photo. Also, it came very quickly! I'm very happy with this purchase and will buy from again.

Wow! It turned out great! Exceeded my expectations! My cousin and I ordered swimwear from yescustom because we seen it on tictoc. Beyond perfect!

The suits were a hit in Mexico! Our husbands were shocked and thought they were awesome. Love that they're adjustable (although the hooks sometimes didn't stay fastened too well) but I'd definitely order again- worth the money!

Completely surpassed my expectations. I'm not easily impressed and when I purchase personalized gifts I always want them to be perfect. This wallet is perfect.

The photos I sent in were a little tricky but yescustom communicated quickly and clearly to provide me with several workable options to choose from. The cards came out great and I can't wait to surprise my friends with them for their birthday!

Top notch quality. Bought a pair of boxers with my face on it for my husband for our anniversary. Amazing amazing soft quality of the boxers lol. And my photo was well printed on.

This is the coolest gift I've ever given! It came earlier than expected and was a hit. I had a picture of my friend with her granddaughters and she cried she loved it so much! It's nice quality and perfect for a gift! I will be ordering more! Thank you to the seller for such a great product!

This pillow cover is awesome! I got it as a sort of gag gift for my sister because we don't live close anymore. Uploading pic was super easy. Delivered very fast and I loved it! I wish the picture would have covered the whole pillow but it was still good size and my sister loved it!

Originally ordered and supposed to be delivered the same week. The date kept changing but part of my order finally came today! It was so worth the wait! I am absolutely in love with the blanket and it's so much better quality than I originally expected! And a lot bigger as well! Definitely worth the price and I know my mother is going to love it! This is her Christmas present! I'm hoping my next package that was supposed to arrive before this one is worth the wait too! I'm giving 5 stars despite the wait!

Great service so far! I had just placed my order but I placed the wrong order and Amy let me cancel it and place a new one. Usually places that customize things don't let you do that so I'm impressed already

I cannot thank this company enough for the perfectly detailed necklace. After ordering I looked at the reviews and was a little skeptical, but I honestly had no reason to be. Great Quality! Even tho the delivery was quite long, the item arrived & looked exactly how I wanted it! Even the smallest details were still added & it fits my pillow perfectly. I'm from the UK & (hope this is allowed) for my pillow I bought one from Yescustom & it fits perfectly, for anyone searching as the item doesn't come with a pillow :')
