I ordered a halloween costume for my husband and I. For myself, I ordered the Deluxe Vampire Costume, and ordered it in a large as I have a large bust (36DDD), and an hour glass shape (I am a size 8). I tried my costume on for the first time about three days prior to Halloween to make sure everything fit properly. The zipper broke the first time. It was a very cheap, thin zipper, forcing me to scramble to find a tailor that could fix my costume in time. Long story short, I paid $130 dollars for a costume that I expected to be the best quality, and had to pay another $25 to have the broken zipper replaced with a much more stable and thicker zipper. I will never buy from this company again.
I had expedited an ADULT Cat in the Hat costume. After 2 days I received this kids Cat in The Hat costume. You can see the big difference in the packaging. I called the customer service and they explained that the hat was made to fit a small head. It's ridiculous! They are very rude!
I love the clothing options, easy to read sizes on clothes. I ordered items on a Thursday just did regular shipping said arrive in 4-7 days and I got it the Saturday after I ordered it. The clothing was wonderful exactly like the pictures. I am in the process of creating a long wishlist!
If someone steals your package good luck on getting your money back or your package reshipped. Clearly need to go back to school to learn better customer service skills.
I very rarely write reviews, but I had to because I'm so angry. I just bought a pirate costume from this site. I only bought it because they had a video and the costume looked great on the girl. Well, I received it and it looks nothing like the video. I know that normally costumes are a little cheap looking, but this is ridiculous! The quality is very cheap, and it's falling apart. I could have made it better myself. I tried to chat with someone over the website, and the girl never responded once I said I wanted to return it. Terrible customer service! Now I have to spend $$ to ship this back and I hope that they accept it.

Nora from customer care ended the chat on me when she decided she was done talking. I utilized three forms of customer care to get this issue resolved. Phone, chat, and e-mail. My item was missing and they decided the postage wasn't worth mailing it out, no refund or anything... seriously? Needless to say I'm calling the bank for a chargeback! I just wish I read the reviews first!

I order from Yandy all the time and I've never been disappointed! From underwear, to bikinis, to costumes, and dresses... Everything has always fit the way I expected. The material is always good and long lasting. I LOVE this site.
I was so disappointed when I got my lingerie, I was so excited to try it on and look in the mirror and when I did I have never been more let down. The fabric was cheap and scratchy, fit weird in so many places, and also it hardly looked like the picture. Jewels that were supposed to be on the underwear and bra were all missing, and the garter was a totally different color compared to the underwear that was supposed to go with it. Definitely would not recommend buying from here, wish I didn't, now I'm stuck with lingerie I hardly like because I don't have time to ship it back and order a new one before next Saturday.
Ordered some shorts that looked cute. The shorts did not fit which I am alright with considering it's online and I could not try it on. What I am NOT happy about is that they make you jump through so many hoops to return item and get your money back! You have to go to post office, buy return stamp after they receive item only then will they determine if you get money back. All the stress and time it takes to return an item might as well keep the misfit clothes
This is totally unfair. It's online shopping therefore there can be a strong possibility items don't fit. So baffled that they will make such a hassle to return item. I am a seasoned online shopper mainly with Amazon and I have NEVER gotten this hell to return an item. Yandy.com need to be more empathetic to there customers. Why on earth will I order anything else from them.
I ordered a costume for my first comic con this weekend. It was close to 100 dollars. I paid extra to make sure it would be shipped in time for the event. UPS delivered it to the wrong house. Upset, I wrote their customer service asking for help. Linda the amazing woman that she is, is having an emergency costume ordered to my hotel I will be staying at and is requiring a signature this time.
I can not express how thankful I am. She is saving my weekend. I have never been treated so well by a website customer service repasenative before. I cried like a baby on the phone I was so overwhelmed with joy. I absolutely love you guys.

First (and last) time ordering from this company. I used their size chart to order a costume and the only part that fit was the bra - the rest of it was so large that I would need a tailor to alter it. For the price paid ($250) I was greatly disappointed in the quality (one of the studs fell off the first time I tried it on). The axe that I ordered with the outfit was broken. Because its a Halloween costume (we are still 2 weeks out from Halloween, mind you) the CSR refused to provide a refund and would only issue store credit. I demanded to speak with a manager who offered a "one time" refund due to the underlying issues. But... they want me to pay shipping to return the items! Moral of the story - don't give them $250 of your hard earned money for a costume. If you decide to order from this company, give yourself plenty of time to return and exchange because the costume probably wont fit! Never again.
I ordered some hosiery from yandy, along with a pair of the free underwear. I tracked my order and it said it was delivered but no package has arrived. Also it doesn't show up on my order history. Starting to think they took my 20 bucks and ran for the hills.
I purchased a few items from yandy, white pirate top, what I expected, black corset with skirt, skirt very nice, corset is alright, good size, 6' feather boa not good quality, disappointed, two tear drop skirts, nice but very stiff hoping they will soften with washing, garter with gun, ok gun very, very small, the shipping was fast complete order, overall I'm happy with my order.

My costumes arrived in 14 days and they are amazing. I am a size 10 in the waist and very top heavy the M fits like a dream. The men costumes are true to size and great quality. Would buy again.
I have ordered 3 Halloween costumes; Deluxe Dark Angel Costume, Classic Duff Muscle Man Costume and Doctor Scrubs Costume. I placed my order 30/09 with tracked post to AUSTRALIA. Usually I am reluctant to order of international websites especially when they have mixed reviews. But I have to say they have great customer service! For some reason I was not receiving the tracking number for my package and I started to worry ($400 Down the drain). I contacted their customer service centre (*******@yandy.com) with the help of Brooklyn, Linda and Ashley, the matter was quickly fixed. The items are now in Melbourne and I except they should be here in the next 3-5 business days. 10 days for international shipping is fine with me!

I bought a white stocking with black bow and they sent me a white stocking with the white bow. I wanted the black bow to match my costume. I asked them if they could fix it and send me the correct color. They said that I need to return my stocking and pay myself for shipping. I mean really? Before I buy it, I asked the costumer service 3 times to make sure that it is the correct color. The costumer attendant name is Ingrid. She is awful...

I found a long dress that i fell in love with. I was to attend a wedding on Saturday and ended up ordering the dress on Wednesday. To ensure I received it in time I paid an additional $20 for it to arrive Friday. When I received the dress it was in a costume sort of packaging which was alarming. Regardless I loved the color and everything about it. As I started to try it on I noticed a HUGE hole around the neck area where the dress didn't catch to the seam. I emailed the company right away. They offered to send another dress but because the wedding was out of town, I had nowhere for them to send it to. I took the damaged dress with me and paid $20 to have it fixed. I have been going back and forth with customer service because I feel I should be reimbursed the $20. I didn't even ask for anything additional. The best they offered was a $20 store credit (like I'd ever buy anything from them again) or $10 refund. Not even the full $20. I told them to keep their $ because it was obviously affecting their account. Horrible service!
I have always been happy ordering my costumes from Yandy. They are not overpriced and always great quality. I recently ordered a costume and it was delivered fast and I did not even choose fast shipping, BUT then the postal worker seemed to have delivered it to the wrong address or left it somewhere that it was able to get stolen.
I reached out and was contacted by customer service (David) very fast. Once I filled out a simple form, they immediately sent out a replacement costume. This just happened this past week and I could not wait to write a review! I am very happy. Keep up the great work!
I ordered a snow white costume and I'm in love with it! The only problem I had was that when I opened up the package I noticed there were some missing items from the costume so I emailed them. Soon after I sent the email I got a reply. They told me they were going to send me the missing items. I got them the next day! They were really nice and helpful. Very happy with my purchase.
