My daughter ordered a prom dress from these dopes. They jerked her around for months. I spent hours on the phone and sent dozens of e-mails but could not get one moron who could speak and understand English. They are based in China! Finally, we boought another dress, two weeks before the prom, and had BOA intervene for a refund for promgowngress. Com. Save yourself alot of heartache and do not be lured in by their low prices... they cannot produce the dress!

I found this beautiful dress for my prom and i ordered it. It came and the dress was horrible it was huge on me i sent in my measurments and they obvously did not get htem right the fabric was so cheap, it was made out of about 3 layers of fabric. The dress did not look anything like the picture it looked like a cheap remake and it was just horrible. I would never ever shop here again you will get ripped off and be VERY disappointed! I hated it!

We just received the perfect prom dress for my sister at half the price... or so we thought. We ordered a dress from the Flirt prom collection, a beautiful strapless gown with beading and crystals on the bust with a empire waist and pockets, but upon its arrival from CHINA we realized it was a cheap, horrible 100% polyester knockoff. It even had huge globs of hot glue all over the bust where the sequins had been added. YUCK! The website claims to give you a refund if dissatisfied but you can only contact them through email and it looks like that doesn't even work. Buyer Beware. If it's too good to be true, it is!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are frauds. I emailed the company prior to placing an order to make sure that 3 months notice would be enough to get the "dream dress" for my prom. It turned into a nighmare. Their email response said no probem they could make it in time. 3 weeks after I placed the order I received a call at 11:00 pm at night from an Asian man I could barely understand. I was able to make out "dress, cannot get fabric, pick another dress". By the time it registered what was happening I knew this was going to be a major problem. The company emailed me an alternative which looked absolutely nothing like the dress I ordered. 1 day later I responded to them and told them to cancel the order. IT HAS BEEN HELL EVER SINCE trying to get my credit card refund. I have not had to get VISA involved and have registered a formal dispute. I had to buy another dress and am still waiting to receive credit for a dress I never received from this unreliable, foreign company. Please do yourself a favour and do not order from them.

After placing our order it arrived in the time frame that they stated it would. The dress was very pretty, however they sent the wrong size AND color. They will NOT give me a refund. They offered me less than half of what I paid and keep the dress... I agreed and haven't seen a dime. Thiefs!
