This website is the biggest scam, after days of contacting seller I finally received details and then to make it worst they were all listed as N/A. Another few days pass and I got into the acc I payed good money for! Account password has been changed and now I'm locked out of my acc. I knew this website was dodgy asf and NSWRcompany are nothing but money scamming scums. Lucky this is internet because I'd kill you dog!

I have ordered 3 times and was able to observe how they do orders. The system is efficient, they hold on to your money and the seller delivers. This won't be a problem if they're honest. If not, you can dispute and because they hold on to your money, you can be refunded as long as you provide valid evidence (?), I haven't had to do it but I'm glad it's there. It's honestly reassuring to buy given that the internet is a mostly anonymouse place.

I was a little worried with the way they ask for identification then after that the order paused for about 30 minutes, but after a while the seller wrote he was probably from a different time zone then completed the order. Spent 24 more hours checking my CC and there were no unauthorized charges. I read later from someone on Reddit they actually ask IDs to make sure you made the payment so you can't take it back illegally and it made sense. It's a good site, it's honest just that some of the process aren't clear right away.

Awful customer service, refused to cooperate with my sale. The support ticket manager was on a power trip and made things extremely difficult. I have never been treated in such a poor manner by any other rival sites. If you are forced to work with the agent, "Jewel", your results may be quite unsavory.

I'm sorry if you didn't like the process. I checked and our agent, Jewel, was not power tripping. She was merely explaining that we needed to have revised documents. As for canceling the order, we cannot do this on the customer's behalf on a normal basis — we have to ask customers to do it as it's an expression also of intent to actually cancel the order. We just want to customers to have control over their orders.
Since the order is now canceled, rest assured you will be automatically and fully refunded.

Warning to everybody. This is a scam - bogus payment verification process resulting in bank charges and delayed refund if any. Worst thing I experienced on the internet. I wonder why these people haven't been prosecuted :(

You canceled your payment for the orders and refunds are not instant, they are processed in 2-5 business days.
I'm afraid this is a gross misunderstanding of how payments work. When you make payments like these, your bank/payment provider puts a hold on that amount of money so it becomes reserved and it cannot be used on other purchases. PlayerAuctions doesn't actually receive your money and when the payment is authorized, that's when it gets processed to us, also in 2-5 business days.
Your payments have been voided and I would have to ask you to please wait 2-5 business days (weekdays are the only days counted).
So no, we're not and should not be prosecuted for something proper and legal. I'm afraid your scam comment is defamatory and I hope this explains things.
You're going to receive the refund soon which proves the scam accusation is unwarranted and false.

Never had any issues finding good deals. Almost all sellers I saw sold gold at fair prices even if they have top ratings. Awesome for me and highly recommending it.

I spent $134.77 and it was taken out of my bank account. It says the orders closed out of no where. No answers on why or if im getting refunded. Overall i'm really upset, won't be using this service unless they can prove to me otherwise...

I was already planning to give up on the purchase, they had to ask for my selfies again which I kinda hated doing. I gave Coinbase a try and though there was a $5 fee, it went through very quickly. Just need to be careful with paying via QR since Coinbase/crypto payments in general are time based. Anyone reading this who are having trouble I suggest using that.

Just got charged $100 for gold. They cancelled the order & I still got charged. I've bought many times from this website & never a problem. Now they're saying I'm a "fraud risk" but charged me anyway. THEY are the ones committing fraud. Now I have to file a chargeback.

We specifically mentioned in our instructions that we need clear documents but the documents you sent were incredibly blurry and the details can't be seen/read. When we asked for revised documents, you didn't want to send them so we offered Coinbase as an alternative payment. You then accused us of being a fake service. We have also been responding to you in a timely manner on your ticket.

I tried to buy a clash Royale account I uploaded all documents they asked me for and because my bf made the player auction account and I was the one paying they canceled my order … instead of just asking him for same documentation so wasted my time and money now I have to wait 5 days for a refund because of there stupidity I understand "risk management" as I have ran e-commerce stores but there customer service is trash and there rude take your money else where to epic or player up avoid this site it's toxic

I'm sorry but we cannot accept your payment. The PlayerAuctions and payment accounts have mismatched names and this can be construed as fraud. We do not know if the payment being made is fully authorized so we declined the payment and processed a refund for you.
Take note that our agents were polite and expressed in detail why the payment was declined. We have copies of your message being rude to our agents and upon closer inspection your account attempted to extort unauthorized payment from the buyer via PayPal last May 6,2021.

(Lukes fiancé here using his account) I came on here just to say how awful this site is. The seller is very kind and very helpful and agrees that everything happening is bs. My fiancé purchased something on the site using our combined account that has my name on the top was denied despite doing all the verification steps PERFECTLY. I'm now creating my own account and verifying it myself and hopefully that's enough but by the sound of Perry's replies he's just going to cancel it and not respond to anything else. A special note to perry, please find a new profession you are horrible at your job and it's no wonder the reviews complaining about the process are plentiful it's awful! It's even worse than PayPal verification.

I would like to explain why this happened but this is not meant to discount nor disregard your experience, we acknowledge that you've had difficulties and for that, we are sorry.
The previous payment would have not really worked because the aim of this verification is to establish the person and his/her ownership of the payment account being used, but we can only find out during verification so Perry still continued to ask for the documents. So if there are 2 names/persons involved with a payment, our system/staff construes it as unauthorized payment use. We've had cases where payments had to be prematurely canceled due to retractions made by parents who've had kids using their cards without their permission, or partners for the same reason. This is despite the fact that the person's identity in the documents we receive is the payment account holder; the fact that it's different from the PlayerAuctions account holder is still an ambiguous fact regardless if the PA account holder was somehow able to get the payment account holder's pictures and documents.
When this happens, sellers who truthfully deliver have their payment aborted.
I'm afraid there just wasn't enough time to explain all of these as to why the process is happening. Again, I'm very sorry.

It was the first time i used this platform and in my first buy i almost got scammed... they send me information for the account after their player gaurdain failed to detect the account doesn't exist... immediately opened a dispute and takes 3 days after escalation for the team to take over and anothor 3 days for them to let me know what they decide.
Damn that a week om my life gone to waste because of poor and bad service and i dont even know if they are going to refund me...

I purchased a measly $14 on this site and I did not receive my items. I contacted support about this situation and they basically have not done a dam thing! Then it takes forever for them to even contact you. The seller on the site has basically been playing games with me and I can prove it! The layout of their website is very nice and easy to navigate. Easy to contact them should there be any issues and great team behind the business. Fast delivery by the seller. Did require me to send some proof of ID however support cleared my payment within 10 minutes of me providing the documents!
