I can't tell you how excited my kids were to be surprised with family videos to watch over Spring Break.They love seeing themselves and their siblings in such a different way. I was able to see my first daughters birth video, and I had never seen it before! IMemories made the whole process so easy! We can now add our newer videos to the same streaming place so they are all together! Thank you.

We had some old but ireplaceable video and photos on cd and Sony max. They converted them into a PC based Media. I liked that so I also upgraded to a thumb drive and found out that on the big screen some were a bit out of sync especially VHS tapes but overall not bad.
The Sony media and CD media all were really good. Great Way to save old memories into new technology. Would recommend them them knowing that to for VHS tapes it's a hit and miss

I wish the company didn't give the impression that the videos can be played on tv as if you were watching a movie. They only provide the ability to watch clearly on your phone. It probably has to do with the pixels. However, I did enjoy watching family videos I haven't seen in 30 years. Very nice memories.

IMemories made it very easy to ship my videos ( in many old formats) and then email me files. I like the fact that if one tape has multiple videos, each one is sent as a separate file. I was really happy to actually talk with someone when I had questions. It is good to know, however, that if you are a Mac user and not that computer literate, they do not provide expert technical support.

I ran into issues on my end ( not with the files iMemory created) and they tried to help me sort out what the issue was. As an example, it turns out I did not have enough storage , but I thought I did. Also, our internet connection is poor and I never knew it often cuts out for just a second, which then halts a download. I learned to only download one video at a time rather than queuing them up to download. When all was complete my adult family loved receiving the videos for Christmas! I have now sent in more. The first set of tapes sent in west very smooth and the outcome was great. I was able to share with my family so easily. I had already decided to do more tapes that I found but didn't want to start all over with it. But when I received my first set of tapes back, they automatically gave me a box with a prepaid label to ship my next shipment in. It took me two minutes. The best service ever!

This is a customer-friendly company with well-planned and timely communications. They took old videos (65+ yrs) and 40 year-old films and digitized them perfectly. I could have made better use of their free offers to edit and label all the videos but I'm not tech savvy. My work was completed in 2 batches and they alerted me to their progress each time. They let me know when they received my materials and when each set was ready to view. The prices were reasonable and their friendly service was never pushy. I HIGHLY recommend iMemories!

Working with iMemories was great! Very fast service for what I converted. They kept me informed of every step of the process. I converted 32 VHS tapes to a digital USB drive. After conversion, we were able to view even more videos that we didn't know were on the tapes! Sharing these memories with our family has been wonderful, especially the videos of relatives that have passed on.

I sent in 4 VHS tapes to be digitized. Process was easy and convenient. Videos were not enhanced or restored in any way, so they are the same poor dark quality from the aged VHS. I was hoping they brightened or restored them, but that's not part of the service. Perhaps I can have that done somewhere else now that they are digital. It is nice to have my memories so easily accessible now.

I am very happy with my experience with iMemories. Wasn't quite sure if sending my family tapes by mail was a good thing, but iMemories made it easy and very comfortable. My digital from VHS is great and they finished it sooner than I expected. They also sent my originals back safely packed so as not to ruin in shipping. I already told other friends about iMemories. This year, I decided to do a project for my children to digitalize old videos from their early years, and create an album on an external drive. Best money I have ever spent. They can watch a few videos at a time, delete what they do not want, and just look back from time to time to remember how much fun we had as family. Not only did we see great-grandparents they had never met, but pets we had adopted, parties/celebrations, holidays, etc. Just beautiful.

Was such a good feeling to finally gather up all of our old VHS tapes of our kids growing up. Everything came back safe and sound. Now it is all available to watch on TV and ready to save to flash drives to be given to them as a gift. Their entire childhood in a tiny gift box instead of filling a huge shelf with 60+ tapes that were already starting to deteriorate.
We did it in 2 batches of around 30 tapes each. My next endeavor is old reel-to-reel tapes of my family in the 50's, 60's & 70's that I can share with my siblings. Hopefully it's not too late for those.

I was afraid our home video tapes would deteriorate or melt over time. Our 28 year old daughter passed away suddenly last year and we scrambled to find our old videos. However, they were from different camcorders with different medias. Sending them to you was the best thing we could have done. You do fabulous work and have made our family very happy. Now we can preserve our daughter's memories!

I decided to try imemories as a gift to my dad for his birthday. He was able to load up over 70 tapes into the pre-labeled box they send. Once the videos were processed, my family and I had so much fun reliving our family memories. I was even able to show videos of my grandparents to my husband who was never able to meet them. Will definitely use imemories again.

With a father in the air force and being born overseas, your whole childhood is documented for family back home. That trend continues with siblings and family down the line. Cherished memories have been difficult to view or convert to a modern format for a reasonable cost. IMemories was a blessing to our family. They converted our tapes with care and urgency and returned them In perfect condition. I downloaded the tapes to USB's for the family on Christmas, and it's a holiday we'll never forget.

I felt that my tapes were safe to mail and that every precaution had been taken to make sure I received them back. Each tapes were separated into the different subjects so it was easy to go through them and give them a title. I loved that I could share them with anyone. My kids liked having a new video link show up in their email so they could watch themselves from the past.

Isis Primus, in customer service, made my experience so enjoyable. She is a true asset to the organization. I am so happy I found her. Everything about the process was excellent. One of the best parts is seeing the printed slides. They bring back so many family memories. We had so many family laughs. I am so glad we got all of our slides processed. Many of my tapes had movies or tv recordings mixed with home videos which I highlighted on the information card sent with the tapes. Upon reviewing the digital recordings I knew of at least one missing home video. I spoke with customer service who had that tape reviewed and updated the recordings with the missing home video. Unfortunately, I won't know if anything else is missing until I get the tapes back and compare them to the recordings.

My father past a month after my wedding. When I came home from Mt honeymoon my father was in the hospital in a coma. He never woke up. My wedding day was the last time I saw or spoke with my father. My wedding was on a VHS tape, iMemories gave us the opportunity to hear and see my Dad and my son got to see and hear his grandfather whom he's named after. The best gift and this is something I can have for a lifetime. Thank you

I sent in 25 tapes and they were converted to digital and I am grateful I only got to view them for 30 days after paying $14.99 per tape. I thought it was a little expensive to have to continue to pay to view them online so I ended up ordering a USB which was right at $100 You would think that being this expensive they would include the USB. I plan on ordering again but I have to get my money up after all. This is over $500 but I'm grateful to have my memories. Thank you!

Very easy to submit videos. Quick turnaround. Only challenge was downloading the videos onto my own cloud. Could have some better instructions, although once I ask customer service, it all went pretty smoothly. Still have not received my videos back.

Had many videos that were over 30 years old and was just so happy we could see them all and didn't lose them. So of the voice quality and clarity wasn't super clear but again just so happy we didn't lose these precious memories! Everything I sent was returned in the same condition and I can now view everything online on my tv and phone. Was wonderful to share these memories with my now adult children :)

Ordered a box to send in my old videos - then read mixed reviews. My experience was A+! Sent 15 VHS and camcorder tapes in the easy to mail box, had uploads ready for viewing within a few days, received my originals back a few weeks later. Best thing I ever did - Smooth, easy process! Will gladly use this company again!

I had an overall wonderful experience with I memories service. The staff was very professional and answered any questions. They took extra care of my items that I sent. Only small issue was paying for digital when all really wanted was a transfer from the old to new update on disc. Other than that I'm very pleased.
