I have had an exceptional experience with Freelancer. In addition to consistently receiving projects from clients, the staff demonstrate excellence in their roles. Recently, the Preferred Freelancer team diligently followed up on my application and provided assistance throughout the onboarding process, which left me feeling thoroughly excited. If you have yet to join Freelancer, you may be overlooking the invaluable freedom it offers in terms of working at your own pace.

Regarding Allie A the support agent.
A professional lady who understood immediately what my concern was, she handled it without any problems whatsoever, and that it was done quickly. Gave me the info I needed and solved my problem without any hiccups.
Such treatment is greatly appreciated, especially for an entrepreneur.
Next time I go to support I want an Allie A. Original or a cloned one.:)

I'm out of pocket for hundreds of dollars and I have no digital selling website I can use. This Freelancer website has no protection in place for clients ripped off by Freelancers. You can't trust a system that doesn't protect their clients! You simply have no way of knowing whom to trust. The Freelancer Company ignored my pleas for a full refund of all fees paid to the Freelancer under Australian law for a service she never delivered. This site operates more like a scam company with no protection in place for people that do the honest thing.

My experience with Freelancer has been highly positive. It offers a vast platform connecting clients with skilled professionals globally. Navigating the site is straightforward, and its bidding system is efficient. The diverse range of projects available provides excellent opportunities, although competition can be intense. Overall, it's a valuable resource for freelancers.

I have tried to deal with many jobs, but the majority are thieves/scammers, almost 90%. So, it is satisfying to meet with a staff at 'Freelancer' who gives honesty and veracity about a real process: my verification. Miss Russell V. did a good job, and she asked me clear questions to understand my skills so I can obtain my verification. It is satisfactory to know that I will work with serious and verified jobs and projects on this 'Freelancer' website.

I had an amazing conversation with Jonny from the Freelancer support team. He was very friendly and professional, quickly addressing all my concerns with clarity and enthusiasm. Great customer service!

My experience was disappointing. They tell you waiting time for an answer is 2-3 business days, however, they get back to you 5 or even more days. Once they get back, they email you in Sundays, and they say business days; oh! And if you don't answer withing a period of less than 24 hours they close your ticket. You need to restart all of the process and wait even more.

Russell V. did a good job with the interview. I wasn't expecting technical questions since I only thought this was an identity verification interview. I must have missed some communication or document about that. As I'm brand new to the platform, there's a lot I don't know about how the freelancer application works, and I was informed about a few items I would not have known to ask about, which was helpful.
