I have used this company twice. Both times they did not send what was pictured.
I will never use them again.
"Bait & Switch" describes this company.

I did not get what I ordered from the company. I placed an order for the "Pretty and Pink" bouquet which was nice. I also ordered 1 Anniversary Balloon along with 1 Valentine's Balloon. When the order arrived at my wife it had the Valentine Balloon, but not the Anniversary Balloon. Also I was charged an additional $15.00 for a service fee that I was NEVER told about along with not getting my discount... Needless to say I was none too happy about the quality of service... I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND CERTRAINLY DON'T RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER

I ordered the "rainbow roses." It was supposed to be 2 roses each of 6 different colors. They delivered twelve roses--but only 3 roses of four different colors. Very disappointing

I ordered from this company on October 9 for the next day. Not only did they come a day late the flowers were dead. I tried to cancel since they could not garentee they would be on time. I called and the guy Kamel put me on hold and never came back. So I called back and he assured me the order was canceled. NOT! WOW dead flowers show up at my wife's job not a professional company.

I purchased two sympathy items, one was a bouquet and the other a plant. They arrived on time everything went smoothly. I was very happy with their service. Until I ordered funeral flowers for my dear friend's funeral. They stated same day. But her funeral was the next day at 1 pm. The flowers were never delivered! Their excuse was that they could not find a florist to fulfill the order. Then, After I was asked twice for another address because they couldn't seem to deliver to the cemetery. I just had them deliver them to my house. When I received them it wasn't even the arrangement I had ordered. Now I'm wondering if they changed my order because i requested a discount for my disappointment.What i received was not even close to what i had ordered! They're beautiful but not what I order. I was extremely disappointed and very saddened because she only had one standing bouquet at her funeral …My arrangement never arrived to her funeral.I've decided to drive 40 minutes to deliver her flowers 😢 I will never use them again!

The flowers did not look the same as what was shown online. I ordered the blue skies arrangement with blue flowers and there was not 1 blue flowers in the arrangement. It was very dissapointed when I saw the picture of what actually arrived. They offered a 20% refund. I won't be ordering from this site again. Go to your local florist instead. Not worth the money. I ordered the 42.00 flowers which came to 62.00 with delivery fee.

Ordered a dozen ORANGE roses for my wife's birthday. Received a dozen RED roses. Called them and they apologized, gave me a 10% refund and said they would send the correct roses. Today's shipment from them had a dozen PINK roses. Called them again and they offered me a 30% discount for not providing what I purchased. I asked to speak with a supervisor and then they offered a full refund. Will NEVER use this horrible business again!

I put in my review for this website after mothers day. They never put it up. I am guessing that its because they send some cheap flowers to my mom instead of what i order... it looks nothing like the pic that i wanted... it is the most sloppy florist I've ever seen... i order a $39 and end up paying $52 for it after shipping n handling fee... i email them them and they offer a 20% refund... i told them again that i should be getting at least 50% refund because the flowers nowhere close to what i order. So then they only give me a 30% refund... will never order from here again... they should be a shame of them low business. Especially for mothers day...

Cheaters, for 100 USD I only got lies for my mother's birthday. I ordered a day before( it was NOT a same day delivery), but NOTHING arrived. Stop cheating people!

My recipient's birthday flowers were delivered AFTER the business had closed for the day. When contacting customer service with a problem you can expect the standard "Thank you for your recent order. We are pleased to inform you that your order going to... was delivered... Thank you again for choosing From You Flowers. We look forward to serving you again! No, you will not serve me again. Stay with a reputable company if the order is important to you.

I have just been a victim of this company. Placed the order today after receiving an assurance from this company that the flowers will be delivered today. At around 11PM, I called and emailed them to check on the status. The email response stated that no delivery was made, no explanation why and just another promise to make the delivery 2 days later. This company continues to make promises, just promises nothing else. They never delivered. I read the reviews but took the chance anyway. Please do not make the same mistake. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. IT WILL NEVER GET DELIVERED

I understand daffodil's to be out of season currently (January), but what I received should not have even been offered or sent. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and I really wanted a vase full of daffodils. My obvious choice was to order the $47.00 DAFFODIL delight. Please view the attached picture. This is terrible. Very disappointed in the flowers we received to celebrate this milestone in our lives..

I never leave reviews - but had to! The flowers were nothing like the photo and i updrafed to deluxe - I was so embarrassed when these turned up for my daughters Christmas gift! I will never use this company again
I wish i could show the photos she sent of the flowers - all i can day is dont give them a cent of your money!

I ordered this past Monday night about 9pm central time! They offered Next Day Delivery... to me online! For an extra fee... more than the later charge I saw for
Delivery and Handling of $14.99 or so! It was to be delivered to a friend who had surgery on Monday... at a local hospital in downtown Bham... the next day... Tuesday! We went to visit her Tuesday around dinner time... NO FLOWERS!? Called them when we left and they Gave No Reason why the flowers were not delivered! Said that they would be delivered on Wednesday! I asked for a Refund of the next day charges they Gave me that plus a 10% refund. So they said!? Wednesday we find out that the friend was going home... that day. So I called and they asked for a secondary address... in case she was sent home Before they got to the hospital... which I gave them! And they offered me a 25% refund to be added to my other refunds! So they said!? The friend goes home never gets flowers at hospital or at home! Wednesday night I call again... they tell me that the flower shop doesn't deliver to her home address! Which is about a 20 min drive from the hospital!? And that they will have it delivered to her on Thursday! SHE GETS NO FLOWERS ON THURSDAY! I call them Again... they say that the flower shop wouldn't deliver our of their area would only Do So for an extra fee... which I had not agreed to pay! So they said they had another flower shop that would deliver to her address on Friday... which is today! And that the arrangement Might be different then I first chose... theyd have to make a substitute. I said fine... JUST DELIVER THE D*MN FLOWERS! Was out of the house today, got home around 5pm... checked the delivery tracker... STILL SHOWING NO DELIVERY! Called Again! They said that the New shop that would deliver to her address... needed me to go onto their site and Pick a different arrangement! One that this shop could make! She wanted to Cancel my original order... and restart a new one!? I TOLD HER... H*LL NO! I want a complete Refund... Immediately! And that where ever I could find to write a Review of their company I WOULD! That I could Now go to a local florist buy flowers and take them to her faster! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... try 1800FLOWERS! They much better... at least ur flowers get to who they're going to!

I used this site for the first time today to order my Mothers birthday flowers. I paid the upgrade fee. So the flowers would supposedly-look 'similar 'to the PICTURE posted on their site. HAHAHA. Not even CLOSE! MUCH green filler was placed to fill out the vase INSTEAD of flowers. It's disgusting. Stay away.

I usually always order from this company however we ordered flowers for our daughters birthday and paid the express delivery before noon. They did not get before noon and I called them several times to get answers finally they said they should be delivered by 4:00 and because my husband ordered them they would not issue the credit with me on the phone. She usually leaves work between 4 and 5 They really need to reconfigure who they do business with because this makes them look bad.
