I've bought a set of walt disney 100 years of magic from this website and yes, they shipped me the whole thing that came in an impressive metal box. It is equally good but of course, they are not authentic. If you are against the idea you'd better keep buying from Amazon. Good luck
The online company sent me region 1 dvds when i had specifically bought region 2. When the dvds arrived, they were not new but fakes. When I asked for a refund and explained that the box set was not genuine, they simply said "sorry, let us know which dvds do not work". I have since exchanged a total of 7 emails and it is the worst customer service i've experienced! Never buy from this website unless you are happy with fakes!
I ordered a DVD boxed set, which arrived OK. But 30% of the discs wouldn't play as a result of poor handling. Close inspection of trademark notices in fine print on the media revealed a number of mis-spellings suggesting pirated copies.
Their feedback page is completely bogus. There are positive messages planted there every couple of days (presumably by their own staff) and negative input is filed in the void. Further, the "Order Feedback" form under your account is completely broken: it makes no attempt to accept any input.
I've started a chargeback process with the credit card company, since I hold out no hope of these guys returning my money voluntarily.
I ordered a DVD set. It was slow to arrive (because according to the tracking # it came from China) and when it finally did the box was damaged. The packaging was not what was pictured on the website and some of show end abrubtly. A frind thinks it's a unauthorized copy. They only have positive feedback on their website 'cause they don't post the negitive. STAY AWAY!
I found a great deal on a "My Name is Earl" boxset. Once it arrived from CHINA it was clear it had been abused in the mail. Willing to forgive the dents I popped in a dvd. Within a couple episodes it was abundantly clear it was a completely bootleg boxset. There was the network and summer olympic logo in the bottom right hand of the screen and during the episode credits there was an announcement that "The Office" would be on next... really? Not only was it a bootleg, it was a poor one! I contacted the website and they refused to admit it was bootleg (duh). Claiming they get the lowest prices because they get it the material directly from the producers... yeah the TV or internet! Of course returning the material and getting a refund is an act of God!
I had ordered dvds with this company. They found me and I didn't question too much. Only when I gave my C. C details and it was rejected that I became suspicious. I read the email they sent to me and it was so primary school it was unreal. I cancelled my card straight away and did some research online. Their terms and conditions stink, rules policy stinks and on top of that all copies are bootlegged or pirated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
This web site is a bootleg coppy site. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site. It has been shut down for copyrite violations. If it comes back up and you are thinking about purchasing Be prepared to be disapointed by a cheep chinese knock off. That is if it shows up at all.
I ordered a box set of ER DVDs in November and have not gotten anything yet. I send them emails and they reply and tell me thay my order will ship soon. Makes me wonder if these guys a legit or if the site is just a scam. From my experience with them I would lean toward the scam theory. Their prices look good but not if they don't deliver. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE AS POSSIBLE.
I bought a cold case seasons 1-7 dvd box set last week, and it arrived here(US) in one week. I know it is not the original box set, since there is no dvd release and i don't have enought time to sit around the television. I just start watch the discs, it is ok, quality picture. I THINK IT IS A GOOD DEAL FOR ME, I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE FOR $80 ONLY. This is my experience.
