It is telling that so many reviews are from people who bought "leads". I was tricked by the deceptively written privacy policy ("We do not sell your personal information to third parties.") and now I'm getting 10 calls and emails a day. I am going to blacklist each company that calls me.
I will contact these numbers. These people never request a move they are all fake name s fake numbers. I'm e you request a return lead you will never hear back from them they don't care at all. This is a big scam try it on your own risk.
Unfortunately, the owners of the company have changed service has become unbearable. Customer service is poor, promising to return but not doing so. They charge me $ 200 for bad hands, promised to return the money, but they ignore me. Simply, you do not have to go with them, you just waste your time and money. Shame!
So I went to billy.cum they scammed me out of my life savings and killed my entire family my experience was not enjoyable at all it was very sad so I started my villain arch and started killing everyone and billy.cum and one even begged for his life it was pretty cool I am an architect psychopath killing everyone
Beware of Bill.com if you have Invoice2go account beware they acquired invoice2go for 625 million if you use there merchant services and you have a charge back they will lock you out of your invoice 2 go account and hold you hostage from you customers on there platform fo more personal information so they can screw you they give you a deadline to give them the information there trying to force out of you and they will close your account before the dead line therefore they not acting on a honest bases there not a strait shooters so drop your invoice2go account and use your major banking invoice its safer dont say i didnt tell you so I been with invoice2go over 15 years and since bill.com acquired them the canceled my account in one month stay away
Stay far away from this company they are a scam they will take your money and you will not get anything in return trust me I have learned the hard way
I am being held hostage for a moving extortion.
The MOVING COMPANY BEEN REFEREED BY BILLY.COM. I have reached out to them they did not reply
The moving guy named Justin (I think he is an addict) asked me exorbitant amount of money and took my all belongings when I didn't agree with the charges. I had to call local PD and they called the office. Still they did not show up till 7 in the evening.
Came at 9:25 am Arrived at destination at 10:40 am and took 20 minutes break
Later he asked me to Pay
1. Extra 1 hour of unloading $125. Though my contract clearly says 2.5 hours
2. $50 for the Gas cost. That is included in the contract
3. $60 for tax and surcharge. Which you have clearly mentioned its included
He even abused my entire family verbally with bad word, threat to dump my stuff in the porch without the money finally got physical with me when I asked for the receipt.
IF YOU WANT PEACEFUL MOVE DO NOT TRUST THEM.
We've found movers twice now through Billy.com. Within minutes of submitting our requests, we received calls from a handful or so of reputable movers and picked what worked best for our situation. Highly recommend using Billy to all of our friends and will be sure to hope on again the next time we move (hopefully not too soon though.)
I found billy.com when I was looking to move, and after submitting quote request, I got licensed, professional movers in my area calling me almost immediately. They gave me over-the-phone quotes, I signed with one later in the week, and have had a really good move that went smoothly and professionally. I'd recommend.
I own a moving company in Philadelphia, I bought $400 dollars worth of leads, so far we have 25 leads and all of them are fake wrong email, wrong phone number, person is not moving, I'm filling a complaint with the BBB, also worst customer service you cant never get a hold of anyone there.
I am now on my fourth customer from these guys, liv'n here in east coast I find it useful to have buddy named Billy.com, i don't know with you guys but am starting to trust this company.
After reading the other reviews, it seems I might have been the exception instead of the norm.
I got next day service. The movers were on time, friendly, fast, efficient, and handled our belongings with care. They did try to charge way over the price we discussed because we went 15 over the time specicified, but after questioning the charge, they dropped the price down to a far more reasonable charge. Still a bit more than originally agreed but not by much. Overall it was professional and courteous.
We have used this company for our entire lifespan of our business. They have been there for us jolly on the spot with account updates and reload options. Never have we felt pressured to reload. While using this company we have been able to expand our business, opening us to a broader network of consumers. All with the thanks to there professional and dedication to hard work and making sure our small business is not left out.
These guys are just another scam lead company selling bogus leads. RUN! The get you singed up, take your credit card number then you'll never hear from them again
Never choose these people. I paid them and from the time they received money I'm trying to call them it's telling that good bye.
Just started receiving leads and 6 out of 10 were legit. Converted 2 and happy with the result. Will try another set. Keep up
STAY AWAY!
Billy.com is a company I would advise EVERYONE steer clear of. Our company entered into a contract with this company, agreeing to a minimum weight disclosure for any leads that we agreed to purchase. After one month of sending leads per our contract (meeting the weight requirements we agreed to), they started sending leads that were well under the requirements set forth in our contract. Since you HAVE to put a credit card on file with them, they took it upon themselves to send us leads that were outside of our contract, and continually charged us for them, resulting in over $600 of wrongful lead charges. When they were caught and it was brought to their attention, they refunded only a portion of the charges. After months of going around and around with them, a representative (who will remain unnamed, but she knows who she is) agreed to refund the full amount. After a month of waiting for the refund to appear on our credit card, she finally got back in touch with us to let us know too much time had passed and "their system" wouldn't allow a refund to be processed so unless we would agree to a credit of $150 for future leads (right, like we want to do more business with these people), she pretty much told me I was SOL.
When suggesting that they cut our company a check, she told me that they don't use paper checks and wiring the money back to us was shot down as well.
Their word & contracts mean NOTHING.
Buyer beware of this company. Run fast from any potential agreement to do business with them.
They will take your money and lie to you about about the shipping and with fake dates and updates.Don't give your money them $#*!s
It's not a real "lead" company. It's a scam. They contacted me (I'm not a company) and tried to get credit card info.
Answer: Yes and more
