I have been less and less impressed with Alibaba every day. I am currently trying alternatives. Between more and more cheaply made Chinese products making their way on, to suppliers have dozens of listings for the same products, such as my last order, Alibaba seems to care less and less about protecting buyers and vetting qualified suppliers.

I was a bit nervous ordering with a new supplier and was going to submit a sample order first but decided to bite the bullet and order 1000 pieces straight away as they were a simple part and the mold cost was most of the price. They've just arrived and were perfectly to spec in both dimensions and the durometer of silicone requested (20A). Glad I got this company to produce the part and trusted them with the order. After searching for awhile for white piggy banks I found a company through Alibaba. This company was very prompt on responding and shipping out the order. I ordered 100 pcs. Last week and it was delivered today! You have to do your homework on these companies as some are not very reliable. I wish Alibaba would screen those bad companies and not let them advertise on their site. I will definitely do business with this company again. Just wish the shipping charges were less expensive!

The machine we ordered came damaged, we did everything we would have if dealing with a US company, taking pics and videos,etc but Alibaba keeps stringing us out with further documentation now we are close to 3 months out with no resolution, a broken crappy machine taking up space in our warehouse. This is the 1st and last order our firm with do with Alibaba. I'm learning what I should have known - there is a reason they are cheap. I would advise staying away from Alibaba.

Never order something from Alibaba if the supplier does not support Paypal or trade assurance. Keep the communication only on Alibaba. If the seller wanted you to chat through what's app, stay away. Don't fall for the cheap price. Most likely the SCAMMERs will give you a tracking, and will say "product stuck at customs". Those shipping companies never exist. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Es un Robo, ya me paso. Pero, General exceptuando ese inconveniente, La empresa en su conjunto parece muy orientada al servicio al cliente.

Nicely packaged in compact case, each part enclosed in bubble wrap (2 batteries) to prevent accidental damage. Kit comes with 1 battery, so I ordered an extra battery, since I planned on keeping this unit if it worked well. Tested and had just enough power to wash away dried off mud and bird droppings. Has enough pressure to wash vehicle from 4 ft away. Did not come with any hose clamp to lock the water filter within the water bucket. Used 2 buckets of water to wash my car and I considered this to be the best pressure washer I have used so far. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good one.

Alibaba will not support the end buyer if you have problems with the manufacture like in their heading. They will always side with the manufacture because that's how Alibaba gets paid buy what we purchase, they would be shooting themselves in the foot doing so. So buyer beware I spent 3 months fighting because our manufacture didn't build our product correctly, provided Alibaba with all the proof and they decided in the manufactures favor because they just want their money out of the deal. So you might as well go straight to the manufacture and save thousands of dollars buying direct.

It arrived a week early. Thoroughly and securely packed. This is a great product. Not warm even after 12 hours of operation. The UV/IR cannot be switched off, which I don't like, but the product is of excellent quality. Highly recommended

Very happy with all of my experiences on Alibaba, all of the companies I have worked with have been exceedingly helpful and the products are always good quality.

Alibaba is hands down one of the most awesome website to find suppliers for products. One of the main reason I use there website is because they provide Trade Assurance which protects both buyer and seller. I've never had an issue processing a payment thru there website but be warned the fees for credit card transactions are pretty high.
