The only reason I gave it 2 stars, Is the quality of the shirt. Everything else is crap. I ordered my wife 2 shirts the 10th, never heard a word for day about any shipping. So I called and was told a story about on that day they had a glitch in the system and they couldn't even find my order. Some one will call you... 15 days later I finally get some answers but no product, but at least a shipping idea. 28 days later still nothing

I have been a satisfied customer of WWE Shop for a long time without any issues. Recently when WWE announced they were joining Peacock TV, apparently their "shop" underwent a u-haul as well. For the most part it basically looked the same, however the changes were mostly in the search area. It used to be so easy to navigate and find what you were looking for, now it's slow and so aggravating I hate even using it. Which is a very bad thing for WWE.
I had to speak with seven different people. And I was constantly told different things. My belt had a scratch in it. I had to wait a month and a half just to get my money back after them telling me they weren't able to refund me.
It's a very easy website to navigate through and has no problems doing so and the items in the shop are really helpful! If you want wrestling merch would recommend this website

Awhile back I order the sami uso/zayn shirt. The plan was to wear it to an upcoming event. 5 weeks later I still hadn't received the shirt and had to call and email to get it shipped in time. OK, maybe that was a fluke. Feb 6 I ordered two of the drew McIntyre cm punk tombstone shirts. It's now april 3rd. After again having to call and email finally got the shirts sent. Then, only 1 shows up. Now it's 3 days until wrestlemania and I'm told, oh, we refunded the 2nd shirt. NOBODY ASKED FOR A REFUND, I WANTED WHAT I PAID FOR. THE WHOLE POINT WAS TO HAVE IT FOR MANIA. I mistakenly figured 2 months would be enough time.
How hard is it for a 24 billion dollar company to ship a couple of t shirts? I'm never ordering or paying for anything from wwe again. This is pathetic.

I ordered John Cena T-shirt and cap for my husband's birthday. Literally 2 minutes after I had received a confirmation email with the order number, I got an email saying that my order got canceled as per my "cancel request". But I did not cancel it. After a long back and forth with the support through the live chat, I was told by each agent that they didn't know what had happened and couldn't even find my order by the number they had provided. So, I was told that the only way to sort it out-call their support line, the live chat and FB messenger agents couldn't help. But I live abroad, and international calls are pricy, not to mention that their international number didn't work. I just hope I'll get my money back.

Customer service is not polite or helpful at all.my gkid is a big Roman reigns fan. We try to buy most of his items. I order the Roman reigns wrestlemania 38 plaque on may 7, just received a email saying it been shipped on July 29, haven't received it yet so don't know when I will get it.
Wish I can rate a 0. Placed order and 20 days after email stated was shipped, items still not received. Customer service stinks. Called twice and unwilling to refund. Advised me to call back in two more weeks. They admitted they can't even track package. Hard to believe they can just take someone's money for nothing. Please beware of purchasing from them. Not only can I not get a refund, but items were gift for boy's birthday and had to run out and purchase something else. Burned twice by them.

I had ordered the roman reigns t shirt from the website on the 9th of November 2022 it was expected to arrive on the 23rd of November, i eamiled them... the item was lost. I asked the site to reship instead of a refund as i really did want the shirt... it was now expected to be delivered on the 5th of December... i emailed again and its LOST! The live chat assistant said he can only give me a refund as he can not ship again! I have not recieved my refund yet and i still do not get my shirt?
Bought the Lilly Doll for my daughter as a birthday party and two days later got my money refunded with no explanation. Emailed customer service and received a reply telling me to call customer service. Now I am iffy to order again. My daughter really wanted Lilly though

I ordered an item for my son's birthday, 2 weeks before the party, and chose standard shipping. I called immediately after I ordered to see when it would be here because if it was going to be too long I would have ordered another with 2-day shipping. I was assured it would be here. The guy even told me it has already been sent to ship. I got an email that it shipped 3 days later, but there is no tracking information. It just says the label has been created. I have emailed and gotten nothing except excuses about wildfires and hurricanes. No real information. There are no wildfires or hurricanes between Ohio and Central Alabama. I will never buy anything from this place again. I should've read these reviews first
I have been a fan of WWE since the attitude era and I always wanted to own Some cool tshirts and merchandise. Finally I bought it recently and the quality of the t-shirt is pretty good. So overall I am satisfied with the product they sent me.

Website never asked me for a shipping address. Took the information from PayPal, which hadn't been updated since I moved, and didn't display this until the order had been placed. Immediately emailed them with the only order number provided in the confirmation email, their email support said it wasn't a valid order number. (Turned out to be a PayPal transaction number.) Tried to call before any items shipped, was told I'd be called back by a supervisor. Finally got a call after the first package already shipped to the wrong address, was told only one of the three shipments (some items were preorder) could be changed, and that I could call the support number again and cancel the other items and reorder them. (Isn't this guy a support supervisor? Can't he just do it while I have him on the phone?) In the end, even the shipment they claimed to change ended up shipping to my old address.
Let's not get into the fact that FedEx tracking went from "Pending", "Pending", "Pending", "Delivered", with no opportunity to have the package held at an office.
I'll just buy AEW stuff or maybe bootlegs off Amazon or eBay, at least those sellers are reliable and can actually help their customers.

Double check your shipping address. Absolutely do not submit your order before your confirmed shipping address is displayed to you, even if that means not ordering if it isn't.

Thanks wwe shop for messing up my damn order. I order a shield shirt on October 6 so that I'd have it for when I went to Monday night raw October 29 two days till then and I call to ask hey where is my shirt? To only get told hey we didn't send it. It'll be a cold day in hell before I order from wwe shop again. BELIEVE THAT.
This is the worst company to buy from the worst. I have had the worst experience of my life with them. I ordered something back on November 9th and to this day Dec 9th still haven't gotten my items. Wwe was no help since day 1 when I kept emailing trying to get help within this month on where my items are it's in Ohio at the moment got delievered there instead of Los Angeles. Within the month I have waited and waited and kept looking at the tracking details telling wwe every step of the way and i saw that fed ex past Los Angeles like 4 times 1 time they were in San Bernadino and 1 time fed ex had my package at the Los Angeles distribution center so all these places was like 30 min or 1hr away and I could have gotten my package many many days ago but it took 1 month for wwe to say your package cannot be re shipped and here's your refund when I didn't even ask for a refund. I just want my items. Even at 1 point fed ex lost my package in transit and then wwe told me I had to call fed ex and see what's going on when this whole time I been contacting wwe but I've gotten no proper help then when I call fed they said they found my package it's not lost and they kept saying to wait for it wait for it it's in transit and the post office will deliever it but someone is keeping my package for their self and have kept my items since day 1 and fed ex was no help nor was wwe and then I had to call the US Postal Service and they were no help ither. All I wanted was my items really bad I am heartbroken upset frustrated agrivated and just in complete shock this happened to me. This is a new low for them wwe I've been a loyal customer for years and always bought items off wwe but now their going to lose me a loyal customer. Its wwe fault fed ex fault and the post office fault for all this and all this headache stress aggravation frustration and madness. I wanted my items so bad and I was trying not to tear up because of this whole fiasco. I want to cry. It's not fair not fair at all and not fair to be mistreated like this and brushed off and brushed to the side. If this was these people's packages and this happen to them then they would see and be doing the same thing I was doing trying to contact someone for help to see where their order is but since it's not thier package their not in my shoes they dont care at all. No one cares about you or your items being lost or not coming I've wasted my time money and energy dealing with this.
