We ordered a bedset for our daughter and after 2wks of not receiving it but took our money out of our account I called ups to find out where it was. Ups hadn't even received it! We were told to call the company in which I did. The lady couldn't even find our order in their information. I gave all the numbers and dates needed and she was clueless. We then stated we wanted a refund and she screws that up too! I checked to make sure because they haven't followed through with anything. She apparently requested to find our order not refund us. When I checked our order status, it stated to return the product to an address. How can I return a product I never received?! So call #2 but the specialist seemed like she knew what she was doing so hopefully we will have our refund soon... I will never order from them again and advising friends, family, and all those who read this save yourself the headache and do not order from them.
