A-Z Magic Darts Inc

Ordered on the weekend before Thanksgiving. My tracking ticket was made on Sunday. Expected delivery was Monday (after Thanksgiving) A-Z had my complete, correct order to me on Friday. Shot a few practice rounds with my daughter while she was here for the holiday.

I like playing various games after work because it's the only entertainment which I can afford myself. I don't like go to parties or hanging out with friends, I'm a true introvert and the best way spend the evening is to play online games. I found this platform accidentally, when I was searching for some games to play. Actually, this platform impressed me a lot because there is the best gam in the world - darts. I like playing darts and even have a one in my house, but I have nobody to play with me. So, I play here for several weeks and everything is okay with this service.

The Mat is a little thinner than expected, even though I read the description, I expected a little thicker.
Looks like good quality, the extra Mat for under the board is a great idea.

My only problem at this moment is the odor it gives off, I have had the mat in the barn airing and it still has the Rubber Odor, which the wife picks up on. Not sure how long I will need to leave it in the barn but if the odor doesn't go away it is of little use to me no matter how great it is!

I'll wait a couple more days and move it inside and see how the odor holds up or should I say, see if there is no odor.

So I understand the whole free shipping gig and plus I understand if it's getting shipped from West Coast to Midwest, there's always a snag about it. However, when it takes a full business week to get to me, that's ridiculous. Maybe up your options for free shipping when you spend a certain amount. Last time I spent around the same amount for something and it shipped from California, I got it in 3 days with some being here in 2 days... with Priority USPS free of charge.

Other then that, darts are great so far after only getting one league night with them.

I've shopped her before and at Team Darts in Las Vegas. They always have exactly what I need on hand. This time my order was for my cue stick maintenance. I clean cue is a better cue. I got shaft cleaner and conditioner, cue shaft wax, burnishing pad etc. Things I needed to keep my $600 McDermott cue in top shape. You take care of your cues your cues will take care of you and last a lot in the process. Shipping was quick as always too. Thanks A-Z darts you people rock.

The website and how fast the ship was great. I was really happy with the product I purchased. A set of harrows darts. Being excited about my purchase, I make a post on reddit thinking I'll just show off a little. Only what I got was being told that I paid almost double what I could have got for on UK website. Something about US retailers are known to be way overpriced. Thought I had a solid site to use but I paid 110 for darts that should have been 60. Lesson learned.

Great customer service is when companies do what they are supposed to and do it efficiently. But "Outstanding" is reserved for those that go above and beyond. In the more than two decades I have dealt with A-Z there has been a handful of times where they have demonstrated going above and beyond, and this was one of those times. A-Z does the every day very well, and when they asked to go out of there way, they are there for you. A big Thank You!

We picked up a dart board Wednesday and also ordered one online for our daughter and boyfriend in MN on Thursday. Our board came with only 1 member card. Called Alan at A-Z and he was able to make sure our daughters board had 2 cards before being shipped and was able to ship us another card for us and an extra for our son in MN so he can play as well. We purchase a lot from A-Z and are very happy with the products and the staff. A-Z is our go-to for anything darts.
