We went to other sites, some might have had more options, but Wristband Bros was the easiest to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was delivered looking exactly as expected and was delivered quickly.
I ordered bracelets in honor of my sister who passed away, and I could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience. The price was decent, the quality was amazing, and I have; and will continue, to recommend this site to my friends!
This was the third batch of bracelets I have ordered since April 2019. The first two batches were amazing! This last order was disappointing. The bracelets are much thinner and the color of the purple is not as vibrant. The delivery time was prompt!
This was quick and easy it allowed me to put on the amount of text I wanted. I have ordered from you once before the order went well however this time I ordered and requested in the design notes that I have two colors on one wristband which I looked ahead of time and you said you did. However when I got the wristbands I had two packs of 10 one red pack and one blue pack. This was not what I specified I had specified to have the front side of the band color be read by the backside of the band would be blue to represent the awareness ribbon for a Congenital heart defects. I am currently working with the company to fix this mistake. The little mistake will not stop me from ordering from the company again I have an overall good experience.
I have not received my product yet and was told it would be delivered by 04/28 and its 04/30 no product yet no one reached out to me to explain why! The money was taken from my bank acct as soon as I placed the order. At this time I'm very unhappy as to the way things are being handled! I will never order from this company again. As well as never refer anyone to this company. This is considered poor business. If there was a delay someone could have emailed me just to inform me!

The site was easy to navigate, and we appreciated the vast color & enhancement selections for our product, as well as the complimentary items available. Though we didn't need it, it was nice to have the 'chat' option available.

However, I am not sure what happened: part of the words and font were not what I finalized. I checked again and again to make sure it reflected my final change before I submitted the order, still, the order sent to me did not reflect the font and words I need. I wonder whether it was the portal's glitch or not. I was afraid that it may not catch my final change, that's why I triple checked the order again and again to make sure it reflected my final change before the submission, still, the order came without my final request of the words and font. So I am not sure what happened...
The bands were awesome - we are pleased with the quality. The company shipped out the bands in good time, the problem we experienced with the shipping service once they arrived in Canada. We are an office building, closed after 4pm and the company made 6 attempts in delivering the bands and didn't make any changes to the times they they delivered. We were frustrated with that aspect.
I love the wristbands but they are not glowing! I have tested them and tested them and I found that you have to be in complete darkness to see them. The event I got them for will be out doors and they are not going to glow. It's sad but we have them now.
The wristbands were exactly what I ordered, great quality and bright colors. I love them and can't wait to pass them out to customers.

So many options, including color choices. Our concept with our logo was easy to incorporate. Thank you for a great product at a great price. We are a non- profit operating on donations so getting a great product at a great price is a must!

Everything was fine with the order. The leadtime to receive my order was longer than I expected, but it was exactly what was promised. I think we've all been spoiled by the speed of Amazon, me included.

The website referred to the front and back of the wristbands. I did not understand what was meant by the "back" of the band. I understood it to be the opposite side of the front, or the inside of the band. It wasn't, so the bands I bought were useless to me.
I ordered a set of wristbands and the first order was my fault, the second time i recieved the same thing i got the first time.

Hi Keith - On a future order, you can request the large bands be made at 8.5" around. Our customary large size is 8.25." There would be no difference in price for that request. Let me know if you have any other questions!
