I love that the wristbands come in all sizes. There were different bulk amounts that were great for our budget. The youth size bands were great for our students ages 5 - 10. The extra large bands fit wonderfully for staff with larger wrists. All worked out great. I will order again.

The order was easy to make, the product is just as I expected and the time it took to produce was a little long but it was over the holidays so I understood.
The wristbands were exactly what I ordered, great quality and bright colors. I love them and can't wait to pass them out to customers.
My only issue is when I ordered it first I wanted the biggest wristband they had. When they came in it still wouldn't fit me. When I emailed them asking about it they told me they have one size bigger. Are used the ones that they sent me and got the new ones that fit. I just wish I would have known the first time
Hi - Thanks for your feedback. I'm going to have our team review our current large band to see if we should change the size. Our current Large band is 8.25." We may move to 8.5."
Next time you order, please mention this size issue to a rep and we'll make sure you get a larger size and a discount for the trouble.

Every great except I wish you made an extra large band. I have a few friends that can't fit the large you offer
Hi Keith - On a future order, you can request the large bands be made at 8.5" around. Our customary large size is 8.25." There would be no difference in price for that request. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Your quality is the best but you have increased your prices without a warning or a reason for that. Also your customer service needs to have more info than they have now because they sometimes do awful mistakes.

Pricing did increase a small amount for the 2019 year on some qtys and decreased on others. Remember we do always offer discount codes. The code THX15 will take 15% off your order.
As for the issue with customer service, I recall an issue with combining 2 separate orders into 1 shipment. I apologize for that oversight and will do our best to not make that mistake again.
