From the very start I felt at ease with my kitchen planner (Steve) He listened to my suggestions and even shared ideas he had. He was very helpful and after I stated I wouldn't want too different colors of cupboard Steve was very professional and did a design with two colours of door which I instantly loved and chose. I never ever dreamed I would have a quartz worktop in this house as I knew how expensive it could be but the price was really good and even came with the boiling tap. It is so good not having to boil a kettle. XXXX
Our experience with Wren, from visiting our local store to choose the kitchen, placing the ordering and delivery, was all really quick and efficient. Everything was great and we had no issues or problems. We didn't use their fitting service for the kitchen units as we fitted them ourselves. The quartz worktop was delivered and fitted a week later. The guys who brought and fitted the worktops were really quick and efficient too.

I was very skeptics after hearing stories about Wren. However I went into the store. We were served by a lovely assistant who did her absolute best to help us. She knew exactly what was in my mind and put it on computer. It is a home office effect we went with. Top if the range on camel I adore everything. The date was set for delivery the product came well packaged and my own joiner fitted it all I am completely in love with it and wish to thank Iza from the Aberdeen branch for all her professional help. She made our experience perfect. Well worth every penny.i will recommend to everyone x thank you.

Absolutely thrilled with my kitchen. Plenty of time. Care and knowledge was shown from the start with the sales team. Nothing was too much trouble with tweaking designs. Quality of the kitchen is excellent and delivery was excellent. Quartz team again outstanding service and customer service were on hand with a missing item. The whole experience was stress free and faultless.

I have had the cabinets for 3 yrs. Now they are coming unglued at the bottom of the cabinets.I have to say I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. It took months to get the cabinets in and right. And now they are falling apart. Very disappointed and unhappy.
Great kitchen, great fitting however after spending all that money the rubbish was left with me to dispose of. It spoilt my experience.
Sale and planning was great. However my issue is with the quality of the product itself.
Granted it's the entry level but I should not have to see rust spots and a warped worktop after only 3 weeks of use. Sadly the Wren Kitchen warranty doesn't cover sink or worktops so I guess I have to wait to afford a replacement from another supplier

There was much to like about Wren's service. Good communication and advice in the early stages and opportunities to make changes as necessary. The fit undertaken by Wren was reasonably straightforward and we are happy with the end product. But the fitter had advised that additional materials were required which were not ordered and therefore not provided at the time. This has led to significant delays in getting the extra materials provided and fitters back to complete the work. There was also some effort needed to persuade Wren to agree to remove waste from the site for a second time which could have been avoided had the work been undertaken as originally programmed.

We had a delivery date and everything was going well; it all came on the day. When it came to the installation date, let's just say they don't really know what they're doing. I booked a day off work and they never came. We chased it up and they really didn't care. I now have boxes and boxes sitting around, taking up space and no one to install it. I wish I had paid more attention to bad reviews before ordering with Wren.

Wren Kitchens do not employ Installers; Installation services are subcontracted to undertake your kitchen install, which is an agreement between yourself and the nominated Installer.
Whilst they may not be employed by us, Wren expects a certain level of skill and professionalism from all the Installers we recommend.
Wren-approved installers are fully vetted and DBS checked. FIRA accredits Wren with FIRA Gold for Installation and product; our installers are members of The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI). We apologise that on this this occasion you have had problems with your installer, and this is something we are not happy about either.

Shame, it all started well but we ended up with 100s of pounds of things that we did not need and although items were unopened, Wren were not willing to take the items back - feel very let down and diddled
Dealing with Wren has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a UK retailer. The designer was completely useless—treating his job like a video game, dragging units around on a screen with no thought about how they'd work in real life. The result? A so-called "fitted" wardrobe that looks like a cheap, off-the-shelf unit shoved into place, with ugly gaps on all sides. To make matters worse, they conveniently "forgot" to mention that fitting the wardrobe would void the warranty. We only found out after signing the contract and paying the deposit—at which point we were told that if we pulled out, we'd lose our money. It felt like a scam. Then came the delivery chaos. The dates got messed up, and instead of fixing it, Wren just bounced us between teams. No one takes responsibility; they just pass you off to someone else. Once you've signed the contract, you're no longer a customer—you're just a problem they want to get rid of. They sent parts we didn't need but refused to take them back. Same with their packaging waste. Every attempt to get it sorted was ignored or passed around in circles. And then, when we thought they couldn't possibly get any worse. On the second delivery, the driver refused to bring the units in because there was a mirror on the wall—something that wasn't an issue during the first, much bigger delivery. Instead of helping, they told my wife—eight months pregnant—to take it down herself or they wouldn't deliver. We were promised three times that a manager would call us. We're still waiting. What a joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.
We have had 2 delivery dates and still no kitchen. Joiner and electrician booked and both times had to cancel. Wren tried to blame 3rd party courier but Wren Kitchens are totally to blame. Their delivery department is abysmal.
Wren designed our kitchen and utility room for us and we couldn't be happier! Our designer came up with lots of great ideas and suggestions which we'd never considered and the end result is perfect! Even our builder commented on how good the plans were and easy to follow for installation and the quality of the cabinets and fittings. We would definitely recommend Wren to anyone.

Really glad we picked Wren for our new kitchen. It was great to see it all mapped out with their 3d setup and they kept in touch throughout the process. Our delivery date was a few months in the future due to building work which wasn't a problem at all. The units arrived prebuilt and our builders provided with all the plans and layouts they needed. The quality is excellent and really pleased with the finished design and layout.

I would definitely recommend people to Wren. From the moment I walked into the store until my wardrobes were selected, measured, and fitted I felt like the sales staff really cared. I actually made changes to my wardrobes after they were measured and you had to come out again, this wasn't a problem. I felt the price was good and the quality excellent. Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
Answer: I did my kitchen with Home Depot three years ago some of the things were so bad I had to replace it a whole kitchen Wren Kitchen solid thing
