Start to finish, Wren were amazing! Extremely happy with the kitchen quality, and super satisfied with the customer service experience, especially thankful to Nathan from the Derby branch! Couldn't ask for anything else!
Wren went above and beyond to meet our expectations, from the first casual roam in the showroom months before we started working on the design to the customer service after installation! Couldn't be happier with the quality of the service and the kitchen! Specifically thankful to Nathan from the Derby branch who welcomed us months before we started the project and remembered our plans once we began our journey - he truly went the extra mile to get our dream kitchen done.
From start to finish, Wren went the extra mile to make our dream kitchen a reality. The experience of the designer and fitter was obvious and they worked together to ensure there were no problems before the units etc were delivered. I was not pushed into anything and the offers we got reduced the final price significantly- win, win! The care and attention to detail was fantastic and the team constantly checked in by phone email and even in person to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I would recommend Wren to anyone looking to update their kitchen or bedroom.

We visited a few different kitchen shops including wren. Decided to go with them as the design experience was excellent and thankfully the delivery of the kitchen was spot on. There were a few doors that had marks but they were replaced within 24 hours.

Kitchen & Utility installed. All items ordered delivered on time and completely free from damage. Minor blemishes on 3 door finish found after instal and promptly replaced by Wren with no hassle.
Would recommend purchase from Wren. Used own contractor so no experience of Wren installed team

Excellent design service with Reece at Fort Kinnaird.Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery of our kitchen was excellent with time taken to store it carefully to give us maximum space to move around.Whole kitchen fitting took 3 days including removal of old appliances and units and inconvenience of water and electricity switched off was minimal.Lee our fitter and his team were punctual and made sure to tidy after themselves.Delighted with our new kitchen

Wren took the time and effort to give us what we wanted, although we had a small budget and a small awkwardly-shaped kitchen. Our designer listened and spent time working out the best use of space and colour. We were never pushed to spend more than we could afford. It arrived on time with plenty of notice. When one of the surfaces had a nick in it, they replaced it quickly. From start to finished the service was excellent, and the kitchen came in at a very reasonable price, It is now installed and seems robust and of good quality.

Easy process from start to finish. Kitchen looks great and feels very solid. Had a slight issue with measurements with one of the units which Wren took full responsibility for and were very swift to sort out a replacement within a week. Overall a positive experience and would recommend.

Very very disappointed when told by wren fitters that i had to pay an extra £240 when the work was finished. Explanation was hidden extras. WHAT?. I was under the impression that everything was included in the full quoted price can you investigate this query also can you tell me when the 1st payment is due and how much every month to be paid thank you jimmy *******6946
The sales staff were very helpful as I went into the showroom many times, and designer was very good (able to overcome the system when my design didn't fall within the prescribed requisite - needed extra tall decor ends but standard tall units). The style was lovely but in hindsight wished I had gone for Infinity Plus J. Pull with 22mm doors. The price was good with finance so was able to do more. Delivery direct to transport company for shipping to Europe was no problem. A couple of small damage to doors but replacements were easy and very quick. If you want high quality, wood doors you need to go Bespoke but for the price this kitchen was good and very attractive.

Wren made the whole process of selecting and ordering our kitchen very easy. Staff were helpful and polite with nothing being too much trouble. Being able to view the kitchen in 3D was also very useful.
When the kitchen was delivered a couple of the doors were the wrong colour but a quick phone call and new doors were sent out.
The finish of the kitchen is of a good quality and overall we are very pleased.

We went to look at kitchens quite early in our building project. Francois was very patient as we returned several times to make changes to our original ideas ultimately completely reconfiguring the plan. Once we finally decided production & delivery was swift & we were kept informed. We installed ourselves and the appointment for the worktop fitted well with our schedule and that was installed to plan and so we would recommend Wren to anyone considering buying a kitchen from them.

Wren were really great to deal with right from the initial consultation/design of the kitchen right through to finalising the details and delivery.
There App is so handy for sorting which unit/appliance will go where and also if need any advise/info at the install stage.
Will defo recommend WREN to family and friends when they are renewing there kitchen 🙂

From the moment we set foot in their showroom and all the way through to the final sign off we have been very impressed! There was no pressure in the showroom just help when we needed it followed by the detailed design in which we were fully involved and included. The ordering and payment process was easy and straightforward. Finally the delivery and installation was perfect, the wren fitter was absolutely brilliant and now we have our perfect bedroom!

Wren did a great design. We had considered an extension to get more space but the design meant we didn't need to. The virtual design was exactly the same as what was installed.
Make sure you are aware of what fitters are allowed to do on the install, ours are really good but he wasn't allowed to touch electrics and plumbing was extra but he was great and did a lot for free. It's a big upheaval getting a kitchen installed but well worth it. Be prepared.

Wren Kitchens' customer service is absolutely terrible. I had to create an account just to let people know, their product may or may not be of an acceptable standard, but in terms of service to the customer? I had to vote 1 start which is too much. Please avoid this company.
After an initial wobble with our designer a new one was allocated to us.
The new one was brilliant. Knew everything and offered a lot of solutions to the design of our small awkward kitchen.
The whole process was really easy and ran smoothly. We were impressed with the use of the wren app.
