From the moment I entered the showroom, the staff were friendly and efficient. Thomas my designer was excellent and very patient. Delivery was on time and the aftercare was superb.
My experience with Wren was very positive and I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new kitchen to go to Wren. The Ayr showroom where I met with and selected a kitchen, the staff were very knowledgeable, welcoming, respectful and helpful in every way. I had few revisions to my kitchen plan and the staff were very understanding in sitting with me to do the changes. The virtual kitchen allows you to see what your kitchen is going to look like, I loved this. The workman that are employed are all very professional and carry out the job in the time permitted. Only qualified professionals work with Wren. I had joiner, electrician, plumber, and plasterer - they were all excellent at there job leaving the area clean and tidy after each working day. The team of workers also keep you up to date on daily basis to ensure your happiness. I was delighted with my kit hd and would definitely recommend Wren and the team of workers they employ.

From the moment we made our first store visit to have a look around everything was perfect.
There was no pressure. The design process was wonderful, delivery and quality of products first class
Delivery went well and came as expected, a couple of things wrong and or small damage but for me it's whet Wrens did to rectify it, the after service was perfect 10 out of 10, off course the kitchens are built to spec so they are not an of the shelf item so you have to wait but all in all I was very happy with Wrens I would recommend to anyone

The design meeting was great and I got new practical ideas I didn't think about before. I changed my mind a few times before the deadline and it was fine. I had two meetings and organised the delivery. The instructions are detailed and I ordered replacement items online and they arrived two days later. The kitchen looks expensive and is lovely

The planner in the sales room was very professional and not at all pushy, and designed us a great kitchen. Delivery was only time and professional. Couple of minor issues with slight damage on a couple of doors, but the process of ordering replacements through the app was great and they were delivered with no fuss
