I have called now over TWENTY TIMES! Left multiple messages. I just want to discuss an existing order placed with them... but they don't answer (I am calling during posted business hours) and they haven't returned my call. Guess they only want to deal with emails and the customers are just anonymous electronic wallets!... that about sums up how important we are. You may want to consider a different company if you haven't already put in your orders.

Worst company ever... We ordered some thank you gift from this stupid website to have it on time before our baby shower. I talked to the representative to make sure we get them before of shower day and she insisted that there is enough time to order it... and now, we got the message that the gifts will be delivered 3 days after our shower day... we are very angry and disappointed and I called them to complain and see if they can do anything to compensate... They just said, we are sorry and there is nothing they can do now and its too late... They ruined our shower and we have not even enough time to order anything else... The service was horrible and I dont go back to this website again...

AWFUL. Ordered a "red carpet runner" for a classy corporate event. They sent us a thin, horrible, crappy piece of of material. It looked NOTHING like the photo.
Then, their TERRIBLE customer service- wow. They will not send return label but we will pay more in returning then the item itself! I've asked for Management to call me SEVERAL times- at least 6 times- and still have not received a call.
Cheap, crappy products and just awful service all around.

I ordered a 4 piece set for my wedding (ring bearer pillow, flower girl basket, guestbook, and pen), and some hang tags to tie on my guest favors. The shipping was really fast, and the prices were great, but everything was pretty low quality. I'm ok with most of the set, but the guestbook has no title page, just about 100 pages front and back with lines for names-not at all what I was expecting. The tags are printed on sheets of thin cardstock and perforated... I already wasn't crazy about the choices they had for designs on the tags, now that I've received them I think I am going to have to order some (slightly) more expensive ones from another site, because they are so flimsy and the design looks so cheesy.

I ordered $50 worth of stuff, and I have yet to recieve but I placed the order around 2 weeks or so ago, and the order status still says that it is in inventory! I pray that the materials I ordered are somewhat decent... I will review the actual products later but i pray they get here soon! I put the date of the occassion on the 30th! But I shouldve said that it was the 25th or something, I thought that they would send it a few days before at MOST, but I ordered it two weeks ago! I ordered other thing else from another site, and I already received two of the three shipments, and the third is going to be here tomorrow and they were ordered almost a week after!

I have to say that I am highly dissappointed with this company. I ordered my favors for my daughters birthday party and when they arrived the favors I had ordered were not all there. I had called and called and called and was unable to hear back from anyone within time for her party. I ended up returning the items on a later date and it then took a month for me to actually recieve my refund! Even then it wasnt for any shipping! In the past I have ordered from a few different companies and not had the problems i have had with this site. A couple companies I would reccomend is www.favorfavor.com, www.celebrateexpress.com, and www.favorcentral.com. They were decent in the manner of which I received what I expected and when I expected it.

www.wrapwithus.com is a total SCAM! When I got my order there were gift boxes that were crushed, one item was broken, they left out items that valued at $80. The website is also very deceiving for example I ordered an aisle runner with an elegant pattern on it and when I looked at it there was no pattern at all! I could have gone to Wal-Mart and bought an aisle runner that looked better than the one they sent me. Some of the packages were open when I got them out of the box and they should have been sealed. When I called the company the day that I got my order I called them about 15 times and only had someone answer one time long enough for me to hear noise in the back ground and hang up on me! I left a message and also emailed WrapWithUs.com and I finally got a response the next day via email wanting to know more information about my order. I called and talked to the manager Liz. Well Liz was not very help full at all she did not once apologize one the whole time we were on the phone. She even had the nerve to tell me that they sent me the items that were not in my order! She said that I could PAY to mail the package back and she would replace what was broken and refund what I didn't want (the reason I didn't want some of it was because it was JUNK). I didn't feel that it was fair that I had to pay to ship it back and she still said that I had to pay to ship it back. The real kicker though is the fact that if you don't have it sent back to the store within 10 days of getting the order they will take 25% of the money spent on the item to restock it! The last thing I have to say about www.wrapwithus.com is about the shipping my order was over 200 dollars and they let UPS just leave it on my door step and I live in apartments!
