Beware of ordering from wrapwithus.com!

Beware of ordering from wrapwithus.com! I placed an order by phone on a Tuesday to ensure that I would receive the order on time by Friday. The girl who took the order told me that I would get the order by Friday if I paid $15.99 for a 3 day delivery. She said that the order would be processed and shipped that same day. Thursday I get an email from UPS stating that they had just picked up the shipment and it would be delivered by Tuesday, 4 days later than what I was told. I then called and explained I needed these favors for a party for Saturday and that by Tuesday they were useless to me. They simply said well just return the order when you get it and we will give you your full refund. I asked them if they would overnight another order and I would return the late one. They wanted to charge me $104.00! I told them that I felt they should pay for that not me, it wasn't my fault and I had already paid for a faster delivery. The manager told me that there was nothing she could do because I didn't get the name of the girl who took my order. BULLS**T! Any proficient company would have the employee name or ID# in an order that is placed. She tried telling me that I had just placed the order on Tuesday it was my fault…… Had I been told that I would not be able to get the order on time I wouldn't have ordered it and paid for faster shipping…. HELLLLO! My blood was boiling and I told her that they had poor customer service; she disagreed and refused to take any responsibility for it and then hung up on me. I called them back after I received the order so that they could send me a shipping label…. "We are not responsible for paying or refunding the shipping charges." PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY SUCK! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM WRAPWITHUS AGAIN!
