Working Class Heroes

Very pleased with the service from WCH again and had no issues at all with the site. However, I opted to collect my order from a (not all that local) shop as I knew I would be out during the day. Unfortunately DPD have a rather odd rule requiring photo ID to collect a package, when even Royal Mail happily accept a credit/debit card. This meant I had to return to the shop again as I don't routinely carry photo ID and have never needed it for this purpose. Would not use that service again, especially at a cost of £3.

Other than that, will definitely shop with Working Class Heroes again in the future.

I was so impressed with the service I received from workingclassheroes, it's honestly been one of the best online shopping experiences I've had. I'd been searching around trying to find a pullover camo coat for my boyfriend's Christmas present, and the one I found on this website was not only exactly the style I wanted, but also perfect quality, and way cheaper than the price on the brand's own website. Plus the delivery was reasonably priced and super quick, and the drumstick candy bar I got in the package and the handsigned letter from the company were such lovely extras; they're the kind of personal touches I really love in customer service. I will 100% go straight to this website again if I ever need a similar product, and I'll definitely be spreading the word.

If I'm honest, WorkingClassHeroes store is probably aimed at the younger man, but they do stock items which interest me and this was my second purchase from them. The Wolverine 1000 mile boots I bought last year came at a very competitive price and are still going strong. The North Face jacket was discounted for it's original price which was why I made the purchase when I did. So, what do I like about this store? The website is great, easy to use. I love the quirkiness of the staff. They obviously love what they do and have thrown their heart and soul into the business and deserve success. I love the little extras thrown into the box. I must say, however, that as useful a comb is to some I am as bald as a coot, so this was passed on! I will continually browse their site and will recommend to others how great these guys are.

Was notified my item was despatched a few days earlier than it actually was, but item did arrive within the stated delivery guidance.

I stumbled upon this shop whilst looking for a specific item and hadn't known of their existence prior to that. The item I was looking for was the best price I could find and there were many different delivery options available which was great as I was able to pick it up at a local DPD point within a shop. There was a thoughtful and personal message inside from the guys from the shop which was a nice touch and really made me feel like my custom was valued. The item I bought was for my boyfriends Christmas and he was over the moon with it. If I was looking for anything similar in the future I would go straight back to Working Class Heroes. Thanks very much again.

Overall easy! Loved the shopping experience, only complaint I have was that the shipping tracking g was very minimal overseas, after Royal Mail passed the package over to my overseas courier in Aus there was no sort of tracking, very difficult to estimate arrival date.
Other than that just a nag that the box that the shoes arrived in was torn down the side but I understand $#*! happens on hangovers ;)
