I get most of my Vans from this shop, all ways a good experience,sometimes I change my mind and return the items, exchanges are very easy,all ways got the latest stuff and then it goes on sale at a super nice price.

I have used Working Class Heroes several times and the service has always been impeccable. Their prices are very competitive and the delivery is always on time or early. Have recommended them to friends and family as a great place to shop.

I've had a Patagonia bag and also some trainers from Working Class Heroes, they both arrived swiftly. Unfortunately the trainers were too big for me but they were easy to return. I think they have a great selection of clothing, bags and trainers.

Had an issue where my parcel was stolen after being signed for by a neighbour. Customer service advised me procedures to take and claim through insurance, and gave me a small discount off a replacement. Very very happy

Really good service - I had to return an item as I ordered the wrong size. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the refund and reordering were straightforward and prompt. Good to deal with an efficient small company. Would certainly purchase from Working Class heroes again.

I paid for next day delivery and it did not arrive for 4 or 5 days. This meant that my son didnt get his birthday present in time

Ordered Sunday afternoon, delivered Tuesday for only 99p postage. Great communication. Price of clothing was cheaper than well known high street company. Great stress free shopping. Definitely recommend.

Ordered some asics gel lytes. I paid a really good price.£60 instead of the usually £90 for this particular colourway. The item was brand new and service/delivery was fantastic! Hope to use you guys again.
