Stumbled across WorkingClassHeroes whilst searching for a new Backpack, this was the cheaper place I found it and amazed at the abundance of other great items on offer. Definitely going to make some repeat visits.

Truly impressed if Working Class heroes is a four man team. Not only was the item I ordered here with me quickly (2 days) I couldn't find it on any other much larger sites such as Size? Chose the free delivery option and it arrived days quicker than it said it might take. Excellent communication keeping me up to date with my order. Carhartt is known quality and the Anchorage Parka does not disappoint; to get it in a flash sale was an absolute bargain. Finally, the team at WCH seem to be a genuine bunch who care about their customers based on their grateful and humorous letter included in the parcel.

I LOVE these boots. They are comfortable, and have pretty much solved a foot crisis caused through wearing too many flat soled "VANS" for far too long...really loving these boots. Amazing price too (new year sale sure, but still good value) and delivery time was lightning fast - like next day i think, totally unexpected. I recommend these guys and i'll buy from them again i'm sure.

Second item purchased within a week. Northface Jacket for grandson arrived on time perfect fit. Happy young man! Following this experience l Spoke to a guy called Adam regarding sizing. I.e. What mens size should l order for wearing as a woman. Perfect answer, perfect size, very happy customer. Will recommend this company and definitely buy from them again

I think that the site is great, comprehendive in its choice of quality products and the fact that you can get an item delivered the following day without paying expensive postal fees is fantastic. Ordered a pair of shoes with next day delivery for only £3. I was updated regularly with shipping information. I was sent a text specifying an hour in which the shoes would be delivered and they were. The shoes arrived with an amusing letter from the team. Customer service done right. Very pleased.

These guys have a superior level of customer service. Not only was the product 40% cheaper than anywhere else, it was delivered next day at no extra cost with a personlised note and some sweets. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Working Class Heroes is by far the best shop I have ever visited. The stock is fantastic, competitively priced, the staff go above and beyond every single time to make every visit memorable. They are excellent at making a customer feel valued and always excellent at any customer service queries. I genuinely do not buy clothes from anywhere else anymore.

Very competitive prices, I bought a pair of Adidas trainers, and they were at least five pound cheaper than anywhere I else I looked online. Fast delivery, and as a treat, a refresher bar came with my trainers!
