My purchase has still not arrived and is held up with Royal Mail. I phoned for help on this matter and the phone was never answered despite over 8 calls.
I emailed for help and got a rather pathetic response that showed no customer care whatsoever. I responded to this and voiced my complaint and several days later have still not heard back.
My overall experience is not great to be honest and have doubts about using you in the future if this is the way you treat your clients.
Best price for the item I wanted. Always a bit suspicious but WHAM! They were delivered, they were exactly what I'd ordered, superbly packed and I'm wearing them now. You can't ask for more than that. Already recommended them to family, and you don't do that without good reason. Very pleased with the service, very pleased with item. The little touch of telling you about who they are and how they feel about the company is also nice. Very impressed. Will use again for sure.

I really did get excellent service from working class heroes. The product, the reduced price, delivery and no fuss returns, refund and then back again when I finally settled on the large size which I am extremely happy with. A great small business. Its excellent customer service that keeps a business in business amongst other things of course.
Bought from this site as it was a cheaper price then anywhere else which made me sceptical. Delivery was quick and trainers were the same quality as anywhere else. So happy with my order and would definitely recommend anyone to use!
This was a small purchase compared to the boots and North Face jacket I've bought in the past. However the sales experience was as good as before. I loved the little message on the invoice which added a personal touch to the purchase. Whereas I may not fall into the target age group for the Working Class Heroes store I often drop in to the on line site to see if anything appropriate catches my eye. Very friendly efficient service - even a chewy sweet/bar (hint - prefer chocolate) included in the parcel. Price better than competitors at the time but got a similar product for far less earlier in the year. Would use again if price is right

I didn't receive a confirmation email straight away. I waited until the next day to query this. I messaged on Facebook and got a response within 15 min apologising for the lack of email and letting me know my order had been processed. While typing a response back thanking them, the order arrived at my work anyway. Amazing customer service!
Next day delivery though I didn't select it nor was expecting it next day on a Saturday as well! Delivery is cheap and even free if selected. Will definitely recommend. Looking forward to the female range.

Ordered mid day Monday, delivery received at home on the Tuesday, and i didn't pay extra for a quick delivery. There was a really nice friendly note in the parcel too, which i liked.
The price i paid was cheaper than advertised on the web site
