Had an issues where I ordered an item x2. Spoke to customer service who replied quickly and helpfully.
Once the second item was returned it was processed immediately.
Very pleased will definitely come back

Been wanting this Patagonia fleece for a while, but prices all over were too steep and never stocked my size, so to find it in my size at a bargain made the product even better. Delivery came so quick, no hassle, and look forward to buying again soon

Excellent service, the letter in the product I bought was a nice touch. It seemed that the shop actually cared about their customers and wanted to look after them. One of the better shopping experiences I have had online.

My only problem was with the courier DPD who had trouble delivering my package however the staff at working class hero's were very friendly and sorted the issue as soon as they could! I Would highly recommend shopping here.

Excellent website, easy to use and found what I was looking for right away. Price was great value for money and delivery ultra fast especially for this time of year. Loved the personal letter from them in the package telling you all about the people who work there and how the business began. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great items! The only thing that bothered me was the delivery, after paying £50 for 2 tops i would kinda expect the free delivery to be 1 - 2 days maybe, instead of 3 - 5. Not a massive complaint but when i've recommended your shop to some friends, they've been surprised I had to pay for next day delivery.

Ordering online I received all communication and service I would expect from a major chain with some personal touches along the way from a friendly team. I'm glad I purchased from an independent retailer who are clearly trying to do a good job in hard times. Thanks again, I look forward to my next purchase from you guys.

I was a first time user of working class heroes. Everything was 1st class - information about the product before purchase. Kept well informed about delivery etc. Item arrived well packed but not over packed. It looks really nice but as it is for my daughter's Christmas present for her to take travelling next year the test will be in a few months time

I bought two pairs of the same trainers just in different sizes but wasnt sure why the price differed so much.

My son had seen a North Face jacket he liked, it was more expensive on the brand's website so we ordered from you.The jacket is nice, my son is pleased but it's not a lot of jacket for the money.Delivery was quick, minimal packaging and I would rather give my business to a small operation. 100% satisfied with your service.
