We recently ordered a pair of work boots from work and safety and the service was second to none.
The first pair turned out to be too small, but the owner was so helpful and prompt with all the necessary information to return them and sent a larger size out the same day and even phoned to make sure we had ordered the correct boots.
Would definitely use them again

I ordered a pair of new work boots (Hard Yakka) and whilst doing so made a.mess of my order effectively buying two pairs. I contacted W+S to explain the situation. They replied almost immediately and resolved my issue there and then. I received my order promptly and the product has actually surpassed my expectations. Gordon at Work and Safety has always been very helpful. I have bought two pairs of Muck Master Muck Boots from Work & Safety in the recent past, which sadly both leaked after a few months of wear.

Gordon suggested I try Dunlop Snug Boots as an alternative to Muck Boots. The website suggested to size up. I am a size 5 but have bought size 4 muck boots in the past. I ordered a size 5 Dunlop Snug Boot. They fit perfectly, they are cosy and I can already see why they were recommended as a better alternative. The toe and sole are moulded in what appears to be one piece. The muck boots had a seam and that always appeared to be the point of water ingress. It is still early days for the snug boots but at the moment I am delighted with them.

The service was excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and when I contacted them (Gordon Fraser) sorted my issue excellently. He kept me informed all the way and they arrived quickly. I'd highly recommend them for good quality items and excellent service.

This is my third pair of Timberland Boots with Composite caps
My first pair still in use on dry days have travelled a bit with over 2.5 million steps until I stopped checking my steps on these and whilst well worn are comfortable, scratched on leather and therefore no longer water proof! Probably done in excess of 1200 miles by now!
My second paIr are my EVERYDAY boot now clocking up about 800 miles of walking working on the farm in all kinds of weather, typical farm activties still waterproof, both pairs have both been useful in protecting toes
So my third pair are currently my "Sunday Best" never seen hard work yet, but it is always best to break them in and keep two pair used alternate days giving a chance to recover!
