I bought a wool coat from them a few days ago. Arrived on time and in good condition. But the price was bit high as compared to the quality of the product.
Update: The company has responded. As I said, their clothes are good, just needed better responses to return requests. The company has good clothes and good responsiveness while your order is shipping. BUT, they have a horrible response rate for returns. It has been over one week of filling forms for returns and a daily email to Vivek, their support guy, to send me instructions. There has been ZERO response. It is completely unacceptable to have this lack of customer care. Buyers beware.
I ordered one pair of socks on 4th March and paid for express delivery but still I am waiting for the parcel. I called them up and now they are avoiding my call. No professionalism at all. Not trustworthy
I have placed an order ******* on 6th Nov 2018, the delivery has been mentioned as 4 to 6 days. But still the same has not been delivered. I had sent five E Mails to their official mail ID but there is no response from them for any of the my mails.
