We called to order a fire pit because we had several questions that we couldn't find the answers to online, and the Woodland Direct representative was extremely helpful and informative. The fire pit arrived within the time frame expected and is beautiful, although the color is much darker than it appears online. The shipping was the only difficulty for us because FedEx freight gave us only a few days' window for the delivery, and we can't just take off work with such little notice to be present for the delivery, as is required.

Fireplace Door

Your customer service department help me in figuring out what part I needed to replace. However, my fireplace still won't come on. I sent an e-mail on January 8 to the person in Customer Service that originally helped me but have not heard back. I don't know what I need to do/try next.

Need better packaging

Ist shipment had one broken log. Second shipment had 3 broken logs. Since I only needed replacement of one broken log it worked out OK. Need better packaging.

Couldn't be any more pleased.

I'm very particular...especially when it comes to what I invest my money in.
It's difficult to find a quality, American made anything in 2025...regardless of price.

I was a bit skeptical when purchasing from Woodland Direct only because the firewood rack space is fairly commercialized, but I've been so pleased that I'm inspired to take the time for a positive review!

The quality of the components and hardware is exceptional. High attention to detail in the manufacturing (laser cutout of the logo was a nice, unexpected touch), and that detail extends to the powdercoat, fabric cover, instructions, and even the packaging- all top class.

The communication following purchase has also been very good.
Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase- an exceptional product from an exceptional American company. Thank you!

Insanity

Insanity, is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. I had the same shipment of stove pipe shipped three times. Each time in a thin box that allowed the pipe to be damaged beyond function. The customer service representative was awesome and the resolution and shipment was fast. Ok, so I have 12 damaged stoves pips that I can not use.

It was an easy and accessible process

Benjamin was very understanding and professional. He was able to address the problem and instruct me on the best way to upload videos of the problem which was submitted to the manufacturer. The manufacturer reached out to me immediately and replaced the parts which were still under warranty. Benjamin had the part shipped out immediately and sent me an email with tracking number. I will always contact Woodland Direct first and I would recommend them without reserve.

The wrong valve was sent

I needed a replacement millivolt valve, but they sent the manual one instead. As I have been through too many mistakes with the Grand Cantyon gas log company, I gave up and bought the right valve myself through Amazon.
