This company is a RIP off. You buy 2 dresses and the material isn't the same, nor sizes then when I went to return they send me address to return AND it cost $80 to return TWO DRESSES! I just disputed this with my bank because they are not going to rip me off. DO NOT BUY from this company PERIOD! Also the post office told me it is very difficult to ship packages back to China because it takes for every to state DELIVERED.

I bought the (V neck short sleeve backless maxi bandage dress PF ******* orange color) $65.99 and returned by USPSS paid $33.99 about 6-8 months ago. I have been E-mailed and sent all the proof that the dress was returned and still didn't get my money. Unable to get in contact with someone to discuss this matter. Please if you reside in the US stay away from this company from (CHINA).

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! They are the biggest scam and use all images from high-end brands like FWRD, House of CB and ELIYA THE LABEL to pretend that they sell the same item, using all their images so you would never think you wouldnt be recieving that item but they will send you a fake copy and the quality is TERRIBLE. IF you want original designs you must pay the price. DO NOT BE FOOLED by their cheap prices and using high-end images that belong to other designer brands. This website should be shut down immediately.

High quality, the dress is same with web, fast shipping, prefect web to find what I want. Amazing shopping experience, love it.

Wish I read the reviews before, I will add my experience for another person, don't buy from here, there are other companies in the US that will provide better service and a more reliable one. My order arrived late even though I paid extra, when I went to return it they are talking about NO PRE-PAID postage and I have to ship a box to China which is so expensive! No point!

I bought three dresses off this website to which I chose Australian dollars when adding my card details in, this was accurately depicted with the $ sign, I checked my bank account the following day to see that it had actually gone through as US dollars.
In addition, I paid a LARGE cost for express posting stating it would arrive in 3 business days, Its now been 10 days and I am yet to receive my dresses... When/if using this site, insure you are not buying for an upcoming occasion. I was offered a $10 " Off my next purchase" which is worth nothing considering I wasted $50 on express shipping... What a joke this dress shop is. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE.

Bad customer service and never arrived in same day it supposed to arrive even if you pay extra fir DHL shipping

I ordered y dress over a month and a half ago, i have yet to see that dress, i have contacted customer service they told me that they dont control delivery. The dress was for my birthday about a month ago, today is 04/27 from the tracking number listed on my order my order has been in the same place since 04/06. If i could give this company -0 as a scoore thats what is would be! 1 star is too much!

I hate being this person but when something is unfair I got to find a way to put out there how to help myself and others with how $#*!ty some companies out there are i hate when people that work for places like this think you wont be able to do anything so im share this.

Especially for women who shop online. All im gonna say is dont buy from this company the stuff comes frome china and the quality is $#*! and if you pull em up about it they wont help you they disregard that they have bad quality garments.The customer service is real bad

And if i can help a women out there save themselves from bad service and bad quality garments i will.

I ordered a dress that they had no problem taking the money for immediately. Never received an email confirmation or tracking number. When I reached out to customer service they sent me a tracking for my order, which never updated. After almost 30 days later, still no update on the tracking, I reached back out to customer service who now says that I need to pick another dress because they're out of that order. I will never order from them again because they post inventory they don't even have.

The fabric was horrible! Very cheap material. Not even close to what is offered online. When I sent the picture comparison they immediately removed the product from their website but they refuse to refund my money because they claim they don't see how it is different from the dress on their website!
