I bought the (V neck short sleeve backless maxi bandage dress PF ******* orange color) $65.99 and returned by USPSS paid $33.99 about 6-8 months ago. I have been E-mailed and sent all the proof that the dress was returned and still didn't get my money. Unable to get in contact with someone to discuss this matter. Please if you reside in the US stay away from this company from (CHINA).
I buy dresses from your company but I didn't get any confirmation number after payment. Customer Service told me 3 days delivery and provide tracking number when they got it. Fortunately i got my tracking number 2 days later, excited to wait my dress!

We ordered this for a prom - this dress is beautiful, beyond my expectations when i opened it up - fits pretty true to size -- ordering a 10 just to be sure.the fabric, color and beading are exceptional, i am more impressed with this dress than what we have been through in local bridal shops.we ordered a coral and grey dress - i cancelled the grey because this was just too beautiful of a color and ordered another size up to be sure of the fit for the price it is definately worth it. I will be ordering this dress in a different color for senior banquet next year for sure.

I paid for 5-7 day shipping and didn't receive my package in the timeframe. I asked for a refund for my shipping and was told NO! They went on to say they were on holiday and it's not their fault. Don't order from them!
Since November 2016, I have placed thirteen orders with wolddress and I am still a happy customer. I have touched all. To be honest, I am very satisfied with my purchases. It happened that I had some problems with sizes mainly with pants which were resolved promply and positively. Customer service is always nice, professional and friendly and I had never have problem with refund. The quality was what I expected for the cost. The only downside is shipping cost is somewhat high.

One of the times the package did not get to me in first attempt but after a survey they on wolddress found it for me and shipped it again. The all together customer service there is super good. And the things i have received has been even better than i expected. Its cheap and of cause you get what you pay for but to the price the things i have ordered had I'm very pleased
Funny how their dresses are 5 to 6xs more than the bandage dresses on ebay and are the exact same pic, dress, quality, everything. Making a ton of money off a product that's not worth the money and comes from China or Hong Kong! I'm not even kidding look on ebay you selves!
One there is no number to call. I ordered my things last Friday and paid 43 for speedy shipping here it is Saturday and my items are not here! I have been trying to contact them so they would give me my speedy shipping back because I paid for 3-4 days not 10!

Lowest quality fabrication, fit and service. I fell for this scam because of the nice photos on their site and higher pricing of goods, thinking I'm getting higher quality products. I paid express shipment for this to be expedited and it was delayed. I emailed them to inquire on my shipping and was sent a long explanation and a $10 coupon for future purchases as an apology. When my delayed packed arrived I was in shock at the poorly constructed pieces of clothing vs what they looked on the website. They looked like play dress up clothing and it felt like I was being punked. The dress nor the top fit either so I contacted "customer service" and was emailing with a Jenny via *******@wolddress.com and followed Jenny's instructions to return, (they did not send me a return label even when I wrote back to ask for one). I decided getting a partial refund would have been better than getting nothing and that a 15% restocking fee was applicable. So I paid $28 to send the dress and top back to China. Somehow, conveniently, the address "customer service" gave me was invalid and the package got returned back to me! So I got scammed multiple ways on one transaction. I wrote Jenny multiple times to check on the refund etc and always got the run around and then, saying x amount of days and they will be able to refund and then there was just Silence. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid getting scammed by Wolddress. I surely feel embarrassed on getting scammed by them.
Wolddress is fantastic! The bandage dresses is very beautiful and textured. The service pretty good. I bought a dress and it was too small so I emailed customer service. They emailed me back offering the correct size at a discount. I emailed them back saying I wanted to do that and asked how I could purchase the correct size at the discounted rate they offered...no response. I have emailed them about 4 times and no response so now i have a dress I paid for and cant use. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!
