Winni is big time cheater app. Pls don't buy anything from them. I ordered a cake for my mom's birthday on 12th March which was supposed to deliver today which is 16 March but still my mom didn't get the cake, it's 8:30 pm and these shameless people say that delivery slot is still not over and you will get it by 10pm. My brother had to buy another cake from some bakery shop and party is also over but my order status is still showing ready to dispatch. When I called them up and asked for cancel my order and refund money they clearly denied to refund. Then they asked you should think before placing the order. Their customer service and their whole staff is very rude. They disconnected my call in between. Then I again called them but this time the person was different. He was also very arrogant and rude. When I told them that I will complain to the consumer court then his response was like that go where you want to go. He literally made me cry. Pls people don't buy anything from this site otherwise you will loose your money.
Realy its a shame. Just for publicity they mention to deliver it in 2hrs and its been more thn 12 hrs and yet they have not delivered the parcel. On mailing them they are telling we prmised to deliver but we dint give u gaurantee. Are u kidding me! What a play of words. And these winni idiots are even mentioning in their terms and condition then y the hell are u guys not showing inur banner page the same. U guys are just showing within 2hrs and not gauratee but promise. U guys have ruined our day nad u guys now have to pay heavy for it..
