Disappointing experience, I ordered a cake worth of 1000 and received a pathetic cake instead.
At the same day my other friend ordered a cake from the same site, for the same person worth 800 and both of the cakes looked the same when they were delivered.
No specific instructions were followed like writing the name of my friend on the cake.
Even after long calls with their management staff they did nothing. Firstly we were told to consume the given cake and they promised another cake apart from that, with an apology letter and some chocolates.( Was clearly written in form of a mail)
One day passed and no cake was delivered as they blamed that the cake shops of the city has been closed, so they'll deliver next day.
Next day - my friend received was just 5 dairy milk that too of Rs. 10 without any apology letter.
After having a discussion on the same they said, cake was never meant to be given, as it was a miscommunication!
Which clearly didn't compensate my Rs1000, after a long discussion about the same to their staff, I was promised with 150 cashback within 10-15 days. And guess what, I haven't received it either!
By the way! Her birthday was on 5th April and it's 25 already!

Worst service ever, I understand they were not able to deliver my order on time due to covid situation, however they didn't provide me any information about my order and then said they will deliver the order next day, for which I said NO, and asked them to return my money, initially they said they will transfer the money to Winni wallet, for which I didn't agree, and asked them to transfer it to my bank account. It's been more then 10 days now, they haven't return my money, plus the customer service representative are the Most rude and stupid People, they won't address your problem and disconnect the Chat abruptly, so disappointed with them, never ever ever order anything from those bluffers and cheaters..
Loved the cake it was delivered on time and taste was too good would recommend it to my friends also. Looking forward to place more orders thanks for baking a good cake and sending a message also

They will send you a totally cheap cake with cheap candles whilst you would have ordered a Cacke worth 2500 Rs with candles worth 250, this is what happened with me. Lotus flower children candle cost only 20 Rs and they sent me that candle whereas I had ordered a champagne designed candle worth 250 Rs. What a shame! The Cacke wasn't at all what I had ordered online for 2500 Rs and was more like a 250 Rs Cacke from our local aggarwal shop! At last the customer care said they can't refund because I didn't accept the order? I mean WTF! Why would I accept a garbage and show it to my mother who was celebrating her 60th on new year. This company is a total scam! Customer care don't respond once they have taken money! This is a nightmare experience with WINNI and I will never ever recommend anybody to order anything from this site. Save your hard earned money from these cheaters and order from somewhere else!

The cake received tastes bad. Not fresh one. Ordered Ferrero Rocher chocolates. By the packing and the taste of the chocolates I can clearly say It was fake and not the original product.
Flowers bouquet was good but cake was average.as per taste and quality cake is not up to the mark. I am not happy with this. Last of all showing image of cake and the real cake is not same.
