This was my time ordee. I ordered stuff from winni app. I was so scared at that time that they will deliver it or not because I already placed a order one week ago but still scared because I used in my first time. It was my brother bday they delivered everything on time. Everything was perfect. I love this app. I recommend to everyone if they want to send sonething to india to their parents always use this app.
Never ever order from them. No customer care assistance available. No response. Utterly ridiculous. Your special day will be spoiled for sure!
Customer support agent Simran was quite kind and understood my situation, I got different design of butterscoth cake and she provided her commendable support for replacement within 2hours along with checking a slice of the ordered cake! It really bad to say you guys that you are cheater and you took my money. Money is not problem you spoiled all the plan what i prepared for my mother on mothers day. I order cake from Mangalore and delivery to Lucknow. Order number *******6863 for 13th May morning. But it is not delivered till now. If i am asking for cancellation and refund your $#*!ing call center guys is all the time saying not possible to cancel and will not give refund. Costumer care number all the time is busy don''t know how big the company is that they cant deliver services on time. Guys please don''t trust these people and don''t order anything. I had ordered from Winni a cake for my Mom's 75th birthday and Bonsai plant with Laughing Buddha and Bamboo plant. Order was placed on 12th night. I was informed that the plants would be couriered. I received the plants yesterday. The bamboo is totally dry. There was no laughing buddha given saying its out of stock. No one had informed about it but money was taken in full. Bunch of cheats. The bamboo is all yellow and the customer service representative says it will be fine in few days with sunlight. Can a bamboo plant that has turned yellow regain back to its original green color. KINDLY REFRAIN PLACING ORDERS WITH THEM.

Its scam. Beware from MANNAT, MANSI, PREET. Look like fraud customer support and their number is invalid as well. They deduct the money from my account and saying your payment is declined. I paid through paypal. Now no body is picking the call and no body is giving answer on chat. I am struggling with issue from 3 days still no body is instructed to give answer.

Bad experience, Cake was in bad condition. Not even the same as shown in pictue, I called customer care, their response time was also very high, they were saying to resolve in 15mins but couldn't resolve the issue even in 7 hrs, uad to go with that bad conditioned cake only

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday and chose the slot 10-2 pm for delivery. But they did not deliver and when I tried to reach them out from zendesk support they literally ignored my issue even though I was in the queue for so long! Then after complaining to them several times, again and again, they told me that they will deliver it by 5 pm, and apparently this change was not even notified to me. Not only this, but they also did not even deliver by 5 pm and then said by 9 pm maybe as it is out of delivery. I had dinner out plans with the family and THEY FALSELY CLAIM FOR DELIVERY IN 2HOURS! Why the hell you ask for time slots if you cannot deliver on time? I have used other cake delivery services before who work as they say to the customers! Highly unprofessional, very disgusting, and not at all cooperating company. I ask all to stop falsely appreciating because this portrays a good image even though it is a $#*!ty website!
My order was made attempt to deliver eventhough was late, but unfortunately the b day girl went to temple, switched off mobile, could not delivered, once bday girl came back I called and requested to re deliverwith offering addl convenience charge, but unable to do so, Partially mistake from outside as the phone was switched off, but should have delivered once re requested, today was b day, these things do happen in life, but a dedicated team would have re delivered once client back home.
