Wanted to order at hospital but for some reason patient was under bad condition.
The lady was very rude to customer was not ready to adjust it later she told us she will delivery to any another place in Delhi but she denied later. Very rude way it was. Taking money and not giving proper service this type of business your cheating with customer. Every company has policy but they do needful atleast money in our wallet. I want to take a strict action on this. Upon that is mailing us first mail she told us delivery was returned as costumer phone not reachable.and when i spoke to him i told what mail your sending any wrong information. Later at night he had send mail cake was delivered. They didn't gave us anything. Just cheating with customer and earning business
Gurgaon branch is horrible specially that lady.
Nice app to order special gifts for ur loved ones. Customer support team is really helpful. I had some queries on my order and shivani from the customer support team really helped me and solved my queries without any delays.

I used Winni for the first time and should say I was very satisfied with the delivery. I got to send a birthday cake within 2 hours. Initially, there was some confusion over the timeslot but their customer support representative (Ankita) was prompt enough to respond and resolve the confusion.
Havemt yet tested the quality of cake yet. Will post a separate review for that.

Customer Care support by Shalini was good. Much appreciated. But the greeting card I ordered and the card I recieved were completely different. Upon enquiring I was told by the customer care that the card I recieved was more beautiful than the one I had ordered which is a bit unprofessional.As customers we just want what we have ordered and not something which a Company feels is better than the order placed. Please take care next time.

The cake i bought was at a terrible condition. Please dont buy this cake i recommend a another company called la chocolate he sells better cake than wini. Its totally waste spending 1200 rupees. I always liked cears in Dubai his cakes are totally cool espically the pineapple cake " what a cake man "
If you want to get cheated, then go with winni site. The worst experience you will ever face. Delivering cake from the local vendors for high cost and cheap product are delivered at high cost from local bakeries. The one you get for 200 rupees the same they will sell you for 1000. Happened in my case. Ordered for a rasamalai cakebut recieved a vanilla cake with just a piece of rasmalai in it.
Yesterday I placed an order with them to be delivered to Agartala.Some of the stuffs were missing and even pinata cake was missing the flowers shown in the pic.I also placed an order with them few months back and even then they missed candles.Anyway never ever with them as they don't even respond to the complain mail as well.
