I had a query regarding delivery of cake at a desired time, and it was answered quite promptly by the support center. I find the services provided to be good and efficient. The online service is also quite good. Additionally the support center is quite positive and provides good services.

Worst website. I placed the order but they not the delivered. Then I call to the coustmer care for refund my money. They said there is no any refundable system. So I request to all of you don't place order anything in this website

Delivered on time, but had issues with the quality of cake delivered but customer service agent assisted on time and replaced the cake. I appreciate it. Suggest to have QC to ensure about the quality before delivery.

My first experience is very bad I hope my first or last purchase with this side. I'll give you 1 star I could wish there is 0 you have deserves 0 star. I got wrong ordered but no one take any pain to resolve my complaint so I suggested to other plz don't purchase any of product with this site.

This is my 5th time in Winni, every time i am very pleased with the service, their customer service is top notch. Thanks Shalini for helping out to deliver the cake on time. Will order again for the next occasion :)

I just wanted to say WINNI is amazing honestly, i am in a different continent and winni has connected me and my friends and family so well. I just order and it delivers perfectly and accepts payment. Also customer service is very good and helpful. Also Niharika really helped me out.

I ordered a dark chocolate cake which was really delicious and i am really thankful to the team for making my bro"s birthday so wonderful. All the guests and friends of my brother was really pleased. We were surprised about the delivery too which was on the exact time. The quality of the cake was unbeatable, the dark chocolate between the cake was too yummy.

Very unhygienic cake. Also test was awful. Also they didn't take measure for COVID 19. The delivery boy didn't use neither globes not mask.

Also the CS staff named "LAVANYA" was so rude while I make complain about this. Disconnected chat & CS phone numbers are not working at all.

Also they provided next day delivery while birthday was yesterday. Even after they charged expressed delivery charges.

I ordered Chocolate cake and delivered butterscotch cake, and they asked me to share photo after sharing the photo they saying the cake was half eat, it was just cut in the cake. The customer support is worst

Winni.in having worst services... after submitting the order and making payment. They didnot respond over the call neither they reply to chat and emails... its worst service given by winni.in. My order also not delivered till now. I think this is fake website and fraudulently they collect the payments and sit keep quite. Guys donot place any order to them.

Full credits for delivery on specified time. However, highly disappointed by the quality and standards of the Bouquet ordered. It was different from the one ordered. Also, the standards of the bouquet and the Message were below the mark for the payment charges taken.

Since I ordered it bit late, there was no option at site to get it delivered on same day, but the support person(Parul) was very helpful in ensuring that the cake is delivered as on same day, by manually updating the order. Overall experience is good...

I ordered my friend a cake for her birthday with her photo on it.Not only was the cake delivered in great time but it also tasted and looked amazing! The cake was perfectly intact and The live support was especially helpful in preponing the order by a day and there was no hassle at all. Thank you Winni.in for making my friends bday so great! 6 stars to them!

I am going to love this shirt

I am going to love this shirt! It's super thin, but the top is not see through. The only part that is a little see through is the very bottom white part, but not enough for me to have to wear a tank top under it I plan on buying more short sleeve and long sleeve options! I bought an xxl, and it is the perfect fit on me. I'm 180 lbs and 5'3

Neither the cake nor the delivery was good. Fruit cake just had grapes on it and there was not even a happy bday message on the cake, it was just blank. Very very disappointed. Not at all worth the money
