I placed a order *******7470 for a heart shape cake with good design. But when the cake was delivered, it was round in shape and there was hardly any design on it and also looked like it was made by a amateur cake maker.
The cake was packaged in a box which had a name of a local company.
I was surprised with the answer provided by their customer care. They mentioned that the design of the cake can vary.
Please don't get cheated by these guys who display fancy looking cakes in their website and charge hefty amount for delivering trivial looking cakes that too made by some substandard contractors

I have ordered Fresh "Blooming Insight - Rose flowers", a greeting card and Big Cadbury celebrations pack for my wife on her birthday(12-Aug-20). I have ordered 2 days in advance and i got confirmation too from Winni.
The Delivery time would be 10 AM - 9PM and i said ok.
On 12-Aug-20, the delivery message was not done till 5 pm in the evening. I followed then using chat option several times regarding the delivery and they said we will deliver it on time.
I received my order and to my surprise, they have arranged everything with the local vendor at the last minute. I have received low quality different product instead of the ordered one.
I have ordered fresh roses (10 Pcs) and they delivered only 6 which is already dead roses
I have ordered greeting card and they delivered 10 rps card
I have ordered Cadbury celebrations pack, but they sent 3 daily milk chocolates worth of 80 rps in a plastic cover. Even it was not packed.
I have paid 1323 rps including delivery and what they deliver is for 300 rps. I have reported this to winni customer care and what they offer is 100 rps refund also they said that the location is remote thats why they could not arrange properly. I have checked with them before ordering and they said yes. Also the customer representative said that we will send these kind of shipment to the remote location and what sort of attitude is this?
Totally ruined the occasion and dont beleive in them. They are not fit to run this business very worst. This is my first time order to them and i have experienced this.
My suggestion we can deliver whatever we can but do not beleive in these people anymore.
Whether kanchipuram is a remote location, if yes then they should not have this option for delivery.

Can anyone suggest me how can i lodge an complaint against them, since they are looting our hard earned money.

Worst cake ever

The cake i bought was at a terrible condition. Please dont buy this cake i recommend a another company called la chocolate he sells better cake than wini. Its totally waste spending 1200 rupees. I always liked cears in Dubai his cakes are totally cool espically the pineapple cake " what a cake man "

Fraud complaint

Worst service... they people just know how to waste customer's money and time... without delivering the order, they sent mail and confirmation of order completion... I want my money back... I was waited for whole day just for a parcel... they just cheated me... they even don't reply on complaints, emails, messages... their phone no is incorrect... guys plzzz avoid them... I want my money back otherwise I will file a complaint against you in consumer court... just fake people fake website fake services... everything is fake

Have a pathetic experience, they promised a midnight bouquet delivery but did not show up. Tried chasing them, the customer care numbers were invalid. Somehow able to speak with one of the rep, who did not cancel the order. Simply ruined my day. The bouquet came late even the next day and was pathetic too. Very very bad service, If u don't want to ruin your day suggest avoiding taking their service. Highly unprofessional company. Actually fraudsters.

I ordered cake & delivery committed was by 3 pm. Nobody showed up,
At next day, when I contacted customer support, nobody picked phone. I wrote email & got response that due to delay it might deliver today. Nobody showed up next day & day after. Email response received that someone would be in touch. Order status changed that it is delivered without physically delivering it.
These are bunch of liars & cheaters in the buiseness. Do not trust. Stay away & report them
