My most recent order from Wingslove was my 3rd or 4th purchase. I was tired of the underwire bras from VS and their hefty cost, but I needed a full coverage bra. I tried bras from several companies, and found that Wingslove fit the best. Fast forward a few years and the fit and quality is still as good as day one. This time, I somehow ordered an incorrect size and I reached out to customer service. The told me to give the bra to a friend, and sent me a new one! I highly recommend Wingslove!
Very bad customer service I tried to contact them since 3 weeks no reply for emails and there is no contact no where I can reach them and contact them for my return items that I ordered which doesn't fits me. Worst service, I won't buy anything from this store.

I love this bra. The material is very nice and comfortable. The color was as advertised. Fits perfectly (I wear a 38C). Price was reasonable. Would definitely order again. (My husband loves it, too)
After reading reviews, I ordered a 36D instead of my true size, 36DD. It was too small so I sent it back and got a 36DD, and it fits perfectly. This bra does everything you want it to -- lifts, minimizes a bit, sucks everything in, and provides just enough separation (yet cleavage) so you don't have the smushed look or a uni-boob. I've come to the point in my 35-year-old life where I just can't deal with underwire every day, and I need comfy bras for sitting in a desk chair most days. This one feels snug enough to provide all-day support and to wear under any type of top. I usually buy Bali bras but this one may be the new fav.
Wow! This is a very impressive bra for such a low cost! I am very picky about my bras, mostly spending a small fortune at Victoria's Secret for the majority of my bras. It is very hard to find what I'm looking for in a nude color, so thought I would give this a try. I'm glad I did! Highly recommend! I'm a full 34b, size fits perfect.

I am trying to return a couple of bras. And, even though the policy is that you can return for a refund, that is actually not my case. Wingslove wants me to give the bras to a friend. Wingslove does not want me to return them and will not refund my money. Wingslove only wants to send me a larger size, even though the bras do not come in a larger size. This has been totally frustrating for me, and I just wanted people to know to beware before you buy directly from Wingslove. From now on I will purchase the bras from Amazon, who has NEVER refused a return and refund on any items I have purchased from them.

On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 24h, but usually a lot quicker.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method. Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.

Wingslove's History
WingsLove is born from the experiences of our co-founder, Lily -- a vibrant, confident, and independent woman. As a female professional, Lily was in need of undergarments that moved and felt like her natural form -- something that would represent her personal character, appeal, and grace.
However, nothing from the lingerie market quite captured what she was looking for. The current fashion industry heavily emphasized sexuality to define a woman’s value. Majority of lingerie brands sacrificed comfort and variety in favor of sexuality and perfect bodies. Due to this reason, Lily, like many women, was frustrated whenever she was shopping for underwear.
By chance, Lily met Wang, a co-founder of WingsLove. As an underwear designer, Wang shared Lily’ s belief that the industry needs to be changed its definition of “beauty”, when it came to undergarments. Together they started WingsLove and carefully designed cozy underwear with an eye on the variety of shapes and curves with the aim at inspiring women to be confident and secure about their bodies.
