Our first wine order at the beginning of the Covid shut down understandably took longer to arrive in PA, but Wine Insiders let us know what to expect. I understand that more people may be ordering wines online, but it is disappointing that Wine Insiders have raised their prices by at least 20-25% on most bottles to capitalize on this. Also the interesting sets of 12,15 or more bottles of special offers that I used to get e-mails about 2-3 times a week have totally disappeared. Supporting and being faithful to existing customers seems to have been dropped in favor of selling more wine at higher prices to more people.

I have ordered a few times during this pandemic and have always got delivery albeit delayed due to the circumstances and I did expect lead times of up to 10 days. Recently their delivery speed has been near normal. The wines I have received have been varied and interesting and for the most part Good. I would not hesitate to order from the company in future though most of my purchases of wine will be from the local PLCB.
