With anything I order without seeing, I'm always skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised when my shipment of 12 bottles arrived quickly and packaged so well. I had 2 deliveries. The first one came quickly and was delivered on the day expected. The second was damaged in transit but according to my tracker, it was delivered. When I looked into it with my FedEx tracking number I discovered that my shipment was damaged and sent back. No one contacted me about what happens next so I waited. After two weeks went by I called the customer service number who advised me to send an email that produced quick results!
