With so many choices for online delivery wine services these days, I'm sticking by Wine Insiders. The prices are beyond fair, and the selection of product is also quite good. If I've a gripe, it's that often, when ordering, many products are "out of stock." That can be frustrating - however, it's not a game changer. The delivery is fast (really fast!) and I'm always pleased with a new selection of wine to experience again or try anew.

Ordered a case of 12 reds to start and found a few favorites. Other wine clubs have no availability to reorder but I have found some available for a second and third time. Prices are good with their frequent promotions. I was concerned about shipping in the heat of the summer but for PA my order was shipped in the evening and received the next day. FedEx is not even requiring a signature during Covid-19 making full contact less delivery.

You could blame the pandemic or FedEx or wineinsiders.com, but in the end I was not happy with my initial order from this vendor. The initial order was damaged in shipment so probably due to the pandemic or what was generally available at the time, I received wines that were not all what I expected in the replacement order. I joined the club for the specific selection shown on the web site. While I understand that substitutions are part of the deal, I did not think that the wines I received were great nor was the selection personalized. I asked to be dropped from the program within the first six weeks.

I like Wine insiders. I have good experience so far and the commitment they did during covid 19 is especial. A few instances I had to reach to customer support, they been always nice, supportive and professional.
For 25 hundred dollars I have spent in last three years with them, I was able to discover a bunch of really good wines, tune my palate and spend a number of great nights with my friends or girlfriend, accompanied by great dinner and wine and conversation. Easy joys of life and unforgettable memories. I will definitely keep on buying wine from them. One bug is that for some reason the wines in Favorites section of my account disappear so I had to refresh myself based on my orders, which is a little bit frustrating, but apart of that, no complains.

I have ordered a couple of times from Wine Insiders. The first shipment took a little longer due to Covid, and one botlle was broken. I contacted WI and they promptly removed the bottle. Nice variety and I was not disappointed in any that were chosen. Good variety of wines from different regions so you have plenty to try.

I ordered a 6 bottle International mix of reds and whites. Received the order timely and was surprised to find that 5 of the 6 bottles were California wines. Seemed odd for an "International Mix", I wasn't aware California was an international location or even a country. I called customer service and explained my situation and was told that I misunderstood the add, it was from Regions of California. The ad clearly stated International wines from Italy, Spain and France. Then, I was told the they would credit me a portion of my next order. I said that you didn't get my first order right, why would there be a second. All I wanted was the order corrected. They seem to be unable to do that. There is no accountability or customer service on their end and seem to be incapable of making a customer happy. Be very cautious what you order. Was told I would be getting calls back and none so far. Hope someone in management actually reads this. Management appears to be insulated from these calls/service issues. Highly highly disappointed.
