I have ordered wine many times over the last few years form Wine Insiders. Never had a bad experience. Even had an order delivered one time and three bottles were damaged in transit. They had no problem replacing them and got them out to me right away. I've always been impressed with their prices and service. Best of all the wines are delicious and priced right. I have gotten wine from Wine Insiders and Wall Street Journal probably 4 or 5 times each. I like wine insiders as I can pick and choose from their fairly large selection of reds. As a general rule, I don't order the pre-made up case that is usually offered. So far, I have been very happy with the wines I have consumed and find them to be nearly as good as and in many case equal to the Wall Street Journal wines. I just wish they had more South African Pinotage wine and more Malbec offerings.

I joined Wine Insiders awhile ago and have been pleased with everything about the company. I was never much of a wine drinker but cook with wine. My family, friends and neighbors always enjoyed wine with meals, while visiting or sitting in the spa. So, I started ordering wine from Wine Insiders. Only once did we receive a bottle, we did not like. We wrote, received a credit and told to keep the wine.

I am an earthy, dry red wine drinker (not a fan of the sweet stuff) and these wines are a fantastic deal, and even more so when purchased on their best promotion (which happens about once every 4-6 weeks). By far some of the best Rioja Crianza and French Malbecs for the price, and free shipping to boot. I've only encountered 1-2 bottles that were not to my liking, and that was due to my oversight of how sweet they were. Really wish they'd bring back the Château Lafleur de Haute-Serre Malbec — a perfect weekday wind that paired with so much.
