Stay away from this company. I placed an order on May 8th and still haven't received the product 2 months later. There isn't even a tracking number to let me know that it is been shipped. Horrible customer service. I sent numerous emails and never got any kind of response. Tried to check out the return policy and it takes you to an "Oops something went wrong" page. How convenient! My advice... STAY AWAY! Total scammers. Wish I had known this before I placed an order.

Well, my item arrived, all the way from China. Was packaged well, arrived undamaged. Won't jump to conclusions in the future.
Well, I am wondering if my product (Magical Grip) will be shipped. After checking the "tracking number" a couple of times, I see my product is still in Shanghai, China. Will give it a couple of days more, then I will call my charge card and file a complaint/cancel the order. I'm starting to think this is not a good thing.
