My wig was nothing like the picture, I was so upset to receive it not even the right colour, and made poorly, the money I spent on it, I won't get back, my rating is nil and would advice everyone who wants to buy a wig,do not buy from company wig way in great Britain supposed to be light grey with streaks of blonde

I ordered two wigs and got the shock of my life when they arrived. Nothing like the picture and the quality is really the worst. Not human hair, full nylon. I was smart enough to to pay through PayPal otherwise. I wouldn't have received my cash. Never.I returned the wigs and got my money through PayPal.

I spent over $500 on wigs to receive a rubbish hair quality, the wigs doesn't look like the original photo, it's look like they glued the hair on the part, it is absolutely rubbish, I sent them many emails for a refund one reply and the are not willing to give me my money back, they ignored all my emails.
And I will take it further.
Please don't waist your money and buy anything from this website.

Very Bad wig a bulk of hair to make at least four more wigs, they refused to return it while they said money back granted. So sad I had to give these cheating companies my money. I don't know when the government will protect the consumers from these cheaters.

This company is just a bunch of liars and crooks. No way will you get your money back for a product you received that is faulty and nothing like the picture. The wig I ordered is the wrong colour and has a parting that looks singed. Its a horrible grey colour instead of blonde streaks. The 15-day return refund policy is a joke, The support centre people are all called Jane! And are difficult and obstructive. Do not be tricked by this company. I will never ever buy from here again.

This is 1 of the emails recieved after purchasing a 100% Human Hair wig $217 nz dollars not including postage.

We will remake a new wig in 100% human hair and the handing& shipping fee is $140.
Or we will refund $50.

I'm disgusted in this company, I paid nearly $300 for a wig and all you can see is the cap underneath, I can't wear it at all! I've had several conversations and they will not refund me. They are wanting me to pay more money and send it back and they will make a new one. Don't buy from here as if there is a problem they will not help you out

I ordered a wig from the site that was too small and they refused to replace it saying it was customised - which I don't believe it was. They asked me to pay half again which - stupidly I did - for a wig of the correct size and the quality was abysmal. The webbing wasn't trimmed off, the direction of the hair was wrong, the cut on one side didn't match the other (too short and stumpy), the stitching of the hair on the base wasn't straight and didn't match the colour of the hair so it could be seen. Very frustrated and a waste of money.

I have ordered the wig more than 2 months ago and still waiting. I'm starting to think this website is a scam. Anyone else with the same problem?

I ordered a wig online, when my confirmation email came through it said it would be a minimum of 30 days to recieve my wig. I cancelled my order well with in the 23hr time-frame to cancel the order. I have sent 8 emails and still no refund!

This company have very poor reviews are off shore. Any positive reviews are from Asian men which leads me to believe that the pisitive reviews come from the company...

Stay away from Wigway.

The wig I got was completely different to the one pictured! Wrong color, wrong style, this is really a waste of money and time!

I ordered a scrunchie and was sent a clip in wig. They are not refunding or exchanging for the one I ordered as they say they will be out of pocket. They just want me to keep it a go away. Still hoping they do the right thing as they are at fault, not me. I will not buy from them again.

The picture on their website looked great. Even reasonably priced. My wife would have loved that wig. Would have - had it even arrived. After paying in excess of $200 I was assured it would arrive within 7 - 10 working days.
20 days later - nothing. An email of inquiry assured me it would be shipped immediately.
40 days later - still nothing. Another email and yet another assurance.
65 days later - nothing.
And now 80 days later I have given up waiting. I have resigned myself to accepting that it will never arrive and these Chinese thieves will undoubted keep the money.
So now, whenever I think of Wigway words such as unprofessional, incompetent, apathetic and scam spring to mind.
Bottom line - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Bought a human hair wig from here in dark auburn. What a mistake. It arrived n an orange colour and is as dull as dishwater. As an ex hairdresser I thought I could make it look similar in style to the picture, no chance. It is basically an expensive piece of rubbish. I contacted the company and after numerous photos and emails I have had to put it down to my own stupidity. Buyer beware.

I ordered 3 wigs from this company and not one of them was what they showed in the picture AND THEY ARE NOT HUMAN HAIR WIGS. They do not want to provide a prepaid return shipping label and only wanted to give me a 5 or 10% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I spent $174.00 for a mop that I ended up throwing in the trash. Not human hair as advertised. No wig cap so nothing to keep it on your head. I tried to work with them on a return but they refused over and over again. I even tried the Paypal dispute process--no luck. This company should be out of business.

Ordered 2 wigs neither looked like they did. The one is so off color by 4 shades it's terrible. Not what I ordered. I will not be ordering again from them. Spent $350 on 2 wigs. I'm appalled. Just received them today will be calling them tomorrow or should I say sending them an email cause that's the only way to contact them. Ps We don't have to go through them. They have false advertising.

The wig looked nothing like the picture. The cut and color were wrong. They refused to exchange it or give me a refund. They talked to me for almost 3 weeks about how they have stylist that make these wigs. I was offered $40 for a wig I paid $135. They told me to keep it because maybe later I'd change my mind. I'd tell anyone to completely avoid the website. I never write reviews but they are just plain rude.

Beware! Please do not buy from the company! It all comes from China and is total CRAP! I tried to get my money back through Pay Pay but the crooks that they are said I didn't send a valid tracking number. I shipped through the post office and probably should have used UPS. Good lesson learned! I'm hoping by posting this review it will cost them a lot more than the $170 that I lost! Cathy J

I received my order and it looked nothing like the photo online. Not only the style was different, it was not human hair as stated. It was badly shaped and the chemical smell was awful. I will never order any wigs from China again! All the ones I purchased from China look nothing like the photo. Some of their site say they are from Europe so don't be fooled by them.

Do not buy from Wigway/Wigsway. I bought a wig for a family member who has cancer. I ordered a Human Hair brown wig with blonde highlights and when the wig arrived it was red and polyester. I asked to swap it for the correct wig or refund the money, I was happy to send it back and pay for postage. The wig cost $250 and they offered me $45 to keep the wig. They say they are an Australian company but their factory is in china. They refuse to cooperate or take responsibility for sending the wrong wig.

Purchased 2 wigs believing the 14 day return option. These people only want your hard earned money and have no intention of supporting their products. Cannot wear these wigs nor can local beauticians style them. The hair is coarse and very skimpy and have numerous lengths. Ordered white got lavender. They use photos of wigs you see on other reputable sites but their wigs are not styled and look nothing like the photos. Plus all writing is in Chinese. Numerous emails went back and forth. They said it cost too much to return the wigs and it is my responsibility to style them. After several more emails, final offer was $35 on purchase costing $184! This is not enough! The 27% satisfaction rating is grossly over stated. Even 1 star is too high a rating!

This company is in China. They ship from China. I ordered a wig and what I received didn't even come close to what I ordered and it wasn't human hair as I ordered. I contacted the company to get approval for a return. After now 4 e-mail exchanges, they are trying to get me to accept a 10% refund and to keep the item because they say it's too expensive to ship it back to China. Why would I accept only 10% refund of my $200 and keeping the item which I have no intention of wearing? Order at your own risk and don't be surprised when you lose your money and hate what they sent you!
